Hollow Knight Silksong has had a ridiculous amount of hype since its announcement day. While the first Hollow Knight did extremely well with its engaging gameplay and playful animation, people had nothing but high expectations for the sequel, Hollow Knight Silksong. When the game launched, it saw over 500,000 players on Steam. Many praised the game for being a worthy sequel to the original on every front. Hollow Knight Silksong is flashier, quicker, and more complex, rewarding players with heavy investment in its system and world.
If you are already a fan of souls-like metrovania and have played the first Hollow Knight, the sequel will be a great choice for your library.
