We get the Scuttlebrace by buying it from the Twelfth Architect in the Underworks section of the map.

Step To Get Scuttlebrace

- Head to Underworks, now get to the Bench located northeast of the map.
- From the Bench, jump on the right and then use the Clawline ability to propel yourself to the ledge on the right. Here, just hit the lever to open up the gate and head inside.
