As you travel through the desert area of the Kingdom of Gransheldt, you’ll come across a huge rock west of the Village of Kol. Rain immediately notices it to be a Sealing Stone, but aside from that, there is little indication of what it’s for, and how you can unseal whatever is in there.
The simple explanation here is that you won’t be able to unseal this for a little while. But, with the help of the Gaia Hammer, you’ll be able to break this stone and reveal what is inside.
Getting The Gaia Hammer

To get the hammer you need to break this rock in the desert, you need to be able to access the Colosseum. Something that can only be done when you have a full party of four, and have got through a fair portion of the game. Which is when you get to the fifth chapter of the game. However, we would suggest only returning the Gransheldt when you are in the mid-thirties in terms of average party level, as the fights within the Colosseum tend to be geared towards LV.30 and up to begin with.Â

You will need to clear all five of the Fledgling challenges, at which point you will be awarded the Gaia Hammer. Take this to the Sealing Stone and examine it, which will allow you to smash it open and reveal a new Esper for you to collect.Â
Sealing Stone Location & Titan Fight

Depending on when you loop back to Gransheldt for this fight, it could end up being pretty trivial. But, even at his toughest Titan isn’t all that tricky to deal with.Â
The key thing to know is that he is weak to Wind attacks, so Visions like Zidane, Onion Knight, Firion and Tidus are great options for this battle. Then you’ll want to focus on applying Protect buffs and Deshell debuffs to get the most out of your attacks while keeping your own party healthy.Â
When you win this fight you’ll gain access to Titan in battle with the use of Fina or Archwitch Fina, giving you an earth type Esper to call upon when needed.
