Rosary Cannon in Hollow Knight: Silksong is one of those Tools or weapons that you might not need to fight bosses and enemies, but solely for one purpose: fun. How to Get the Rosary Cannon In Silksong
The Rosary Cannon is found inside the High Halls through a locked door in Hollow Knight: Silksong. Begin your journey at the location as shown in the image above. Here, you’ll find a Bench to rest on before you head out of the room. In this room, you’ll find the High Halls map as well, available for purchase at 70 Rosaries. Once you’re done, exit the room on the left.
Continue left after exiting the room until you reach the other side of the area. Here, you’ll find some platforms above you, with a locked door. Climb up the platforms and approach the sealed door. You’ll require a Simple Key to unlock this door. Use your Simple Key, then enter the next area.
In the new location, head to the right end of the room to find a breakable object on the ceiling. Hit the object multiple times to break open the opening in the ceiling, which will lead you to the next area.
In the next area, climb up through the opening, and continue right. Drop down using your Drifter’s Cloak ability, and avoid the spinning gears on the wall. Follow the path to the right, then use your Cling Grip ability to latch onto the wall. Here, use Swift Step to cross the area on the left, and avoid falling to your death below.
On the platform, continue left and dodge the spinning gears. You’ll eventually reach the end of the platform, and need to jump over to the other platform on the left wall. Use Cling Grip and Swift Step to avoid a smoky death, then break the wall on the left. This will lead you to the next area.
In the next location, watch out for the gas that blows from below, then use your Cling Grip to climb up the wall on the left. Once you’re on the top left platform, you’ll notice a lever on the wall. Hit the lever to open the area in front of you.
Walk through the left entrance after hitting the lever, and you’ll come across a room with a giant lever at the top that’s being held by a bunch of cogs. You need to break this lever. To do so, hit it four times, and a shiny item will drop from the ceiling. You have to pick the item up to add the Rosary Cannon to your collection of weapons.
How to Use the Rosary Cannon In Silksong
The Rosary Cannon is a Rosary-filled Gatling Gun that fires Rosaries at enemies in rapid succession, depleting your stock of Rosaries. Equip the Rosary Cannon in your inventory to use it. It’s a Rosary stringing machine that requires Rosaries to reload once it’s out of ammo.
It’s more of an optional weapon than a required one, since it uses Rosaries as ammo, and you cannot risk losing your hard-earned Rosaries to fight some boss. However, it’s still a fun weapon to have in your inventory, and you can make use of it if you’re rich enough.
