Fallout 76 is full of interesting side quests thanks to continuous updates from the developers, and one of the more interesting ones involves a pretty convoluted quest to get your hands on some great additions to your base in Fallout 76 – the Brewing Station and the Fermenter. In this guide, we take you step by step on how to unlock the Brewing Station & Fermenter in Fallout 76

How To Unlock Brewing Station & Fermenter In Fallout 76

The Brewing Station & Fermenter unlocks on completing the ‘Wasted on Nukashine’ questline in Fallout 76.

How To Complete Wasted On Nukashine In Fallout 76

Follow these steps to unlock and complete the questline

    • Head to Morgantown and find one of the party posters in VTU near bus stops or train stations and read it.

    • A quest will pop-up under the Miscellaneous category asking you to ‘ Attend the fraternity party’
    • Go to the building shown below in Morgantown and enter. Access a computer that goes by the name ‘Ted’s Terminal’, read the entry on Nukashine and drink the bottle of Vintage Nukashine lying next to the terminal.

    • You will then blackout after a couple of minutes and wake up in a different location. Inspect the Nukashine Label appearing under Notes – which is a riddle to find the source of the Nukashine. The location happens to be the basement of Big Al’s Tattoo Parlor that can be accessed through the backdoor

    • Read the ‘Memo – Cellar Construction’ at terminal near the Reception and it will talk about a Nuka Cola Vending Machine that does not have any Nuka Cola – which is, in fact the secret entrance to the cellar. The machine can easily be identified with a ‘The Nukashine’ mat in front of it. You will then meet BIV in the cellar; and it will give you the first half of the formula for Nukashine. Next, go to the location marked on the map

    • Go to the ETA – PSI house and read Judy’s Terminal in a room on the top floor and read the ‘Personal Journal’ -> ‘Supply Room’ entry, and go back to Big Al’s Tattoo Parlor and open the Supply Room using the password to find the second half of the Nukashine recipe
    • This completes the recipe and you can collect all ingredients. Nuclear Waste will be lying in the supply room itself. The other ingredients like Corn, etc. are also located around the ETA house
    • Craft the Fermentable Nukashine at the Brewing Station and wait for it to age, or use the Flash Fermenter to speeden up the process. Once done, hand it over to BIV, completing the ‘Wasted on Nukashine’ quest, which unlocks the Fermenter and Brewing Station crafting item.

And that completes everything on how to craft the Fermenter & Brewing Station in Fallout 76. Do check out our other guides on the game such as How to get the Ticket to Revenge in Fallout 76 or how to get rubber in Fallout 76
