As you take on the desolate, post-apocalyptic world in Fallout 76, you’ll have to scrounge for resources to craft better gears and build up your base. Thankfully, the game is riddled with junk items that you can take with you and scrap in your Tinker Workbench to get the raw materials you need.
Rubber is a precious resource that’s used in more than 201 crafting recipes. But as you’d expect, it’s hard to come by out in the wilds. To get Rubber, you need to know which items to scrap and where you’ll find enough of it.
In this guide, we’ll give you the best locations to find rubber in Fallout 76 quickly and easily. Let’s get started.
Where to Find Rubber in Fallout 76
In Fallout 76, you can only get Rubber by scraping different items like kickball, basketball, or fire extinguishers; you can’t find it in its raw form. However, there are a few locations in Fallout 76 where you can pick up plenty of objects that can be scraped to get all the Rubber you need. Here are some of our favorite places to farm for Rubber in Fallout 76.
Camden Park:
Head to the Camden Park Dross Toss game booth, where you’ll find tons of basketballs lying around. Each of them will give you three Rubbers when you scrap them.
Grafton Town:
Grafton Town is a fantastic place to go if you want to stock up on Rubber. There are ten extinguishers you can pick up in the town, each giving you two units of Rubber. Then, head to the main gym and go inside. You’ll find plenty of Kickballs and Basketballs that you can pick up and scrap in your Tinker Bench for plenty of Rubber.
Ohio River Adventures:
Head to the Ohio River Adventures North of the Kanawha Church and loot the Life Preserves. You’ll get two units of Rubber for each of them, along with other crafting items like Springs.
Tyler County Fairgrounds:
The Tyler County Fairgrounds near the river has ten basketballs that you can loot around the game booth. Scraping each of them gives you three units of Rubber a piece.
Whitespring Golf Club:
Golf Clubs are also a good source of Rubber in Fallout 76, and you can find plenty of it at the Whitespring Gold Club. You’ll also get some Plastic and Steel for the Gold Clubs you scrap.
