Palworld Tides Of Terraria: How To Get Coralum Ore

In Palworld’s new update, you can now farm a special type of resource called Coralum Ore. This unique material is required to create another item that, in turn, is used to make all the late game weapons. Obtaining Coralum Ore is not easy, as it is one of the rarest resources to find. This guide will explain how to get Coralum Ore in Palworld.

Unlike most resources in Palworld, you cannot farm Coralum Ore at your base using the required structures. Rather, you need to scavenge the overworld and locate this rare resource to farm them. There are a few different ways to do that, and we have covered them below.

    • The first method you can try to get Coralum Ore is by salvaging resources on the water surface.
    • You can also hunt down or capture Whalaskas that are commonly found on Isle of the Glacial Core, and they will drop Coralum Ore.
    • Whalaska Ignis found west of Mount Obsidian can also drop Coralum Ore if you defeat or capture it.

The best way to farm Coralum Ore by far is to grab a male and female Whalaska or Whalaska Ignis, take them to the breeding pen, and let them create eggs. You can then take these eggs to the hatchery, then collect the offsprings and butcher them at the Pal Disassembly workbench. These will repeatedly drop Coralum Ore, and is the only way to passively farm it at your base.

Coralum Ore is required to create Coralum Ingots at the Gigantic Furnace, and the ingots are used to create several weapons like rifles and shotguns. To make one Coralum Ingot, you will require:

    • Coralum Ore x5
    • Ore x30
    • Coal x20

Besides this, Coralum Ores are required to create the Basic and Intermediate Fishing Rods in the game, so you would require a lot of them just to create all of the above items.
