Each Pal in Palworld have unique traits attached to them, and the ultimate trait required to tame them is Trust. Gaining a Pal’s trust will help them bond better and also increase their stats. The higher the Trust, the more powerful your Pal will become. You can also offer a unique consumable to increase Trust, and this guide will explain everything there is to know about the Trust trait in Palworld.
How to Increase Trust in Palworld
You can gradually increase the trust of your Pals in Tides of Terraria by:
- Placing that Pal in your party and using it in battles or quests during your exploration.
- Offering a Kinship Peach.
Increasing a Pal’s trust helps increase their attack and defense stats. At level 2 Trust, a Pal gets 22 Attack and 50 Defense. The max cap to grow the Trust stat is up to Level 10, so you can get a considerable amount of Attack and Defense stats stacked alongside the stats that your Pal already has.
Getting the Trust stat to Level 10 also gets you the Best Friends Forever achievement, one of the 12 added in the Tides of Terraria expansion.
How to Get Kinship Peach
Kinship Peaches are an extremely rare item, and as such, should be given to the Pals you will use throughout your gameplay. Below are some ways you can get Kinship Peach in the game.
- You can visit the Small Settlement and talk to the Bounty Officer to purchase Kinship Peach for 15 Bounty Tokens.
- Exploring enemy outposts can also yield a Kinship Peach that can be found within golden chests.
- The enemy outposts in Sakurajima have a higher chance of spawning Kinship Peaches.
One Kinship Peach can jump several levels of Trust when used on a Pal, and once you have reached level 6 Trust, you might have to offer additional Peaches to upgrade the Trust stat all the way to level 10. If you have multiple Pals whom you would like to feed this Peach to, then you will have to farm several Bounty Tokens or Outposts to collect the required amount.
