Complete Guide To Unlocking The Golden Easter Egg in Delta Force

With the new season comes a new Easter Egg to solve, and this takes place within Operations mode in Delta Force. Whether you are on mobile or a system, this Easter Egg is applicable to all. You need to go the extra length to complete several prerequisites first, and this guide will detail everything you need to know about unlocking the Golden Easter Egg in Delta Force.

How To Unlock The Golden Easter Egg In Delta Force

First, you need to collect 8 Secret Protocol Crates from various maps, then take them to a secret cave in Layali Grove to unlock the Easter Egg. To start, explore all maps and collect the required amount of Secret Protocol Crates. Duplicate crates from certain maps also work. It is best to work in a team while doing this objective to make things easier. We have put up maps pinpointing the exact locations for these Secret Protocol Crates in the sections below.

Tip: Store all collected protocol crates in safe boxes each time, so you don’t lose them when you die in your next run.

Next, head over to Layali Grove and locate the secret cave entrance (details below). Once inside the cave, investigate the walls to find symbols. Deciphering the symbols reveals the map name on each corner of the cave. You need to place the respective crate below the map symbols to unlock the secret door.

Let’s start by locating all the Secret Protocol Crates across each Operations map, followed by the location of the secret cave and what to do there.

Load into the Layali Grove map and make your way northeast towards the Storage Center, then head south a bit till you spot a waterfall to the east. Right behind the waterfall is the cave entrance. Enter it and explore the area to find weird symbols in Morse Code on the wall.

The symbol represents the initial letter of the map’s name, and you need to place the crates obtained from said map near it. Clockwise, from the western section of the cave, the order of the map’s names appears as:

    • Tide Prison
    • Layali Grove
    • Space City
    • Brakkesh
    • Zero Dam

While checking out the area, you would have noticed several dagger symbols on top of wooden crates, platforms, or floors. You need to place the Secret Protocol Crates on top of the dagger symbols near the correct map names to solve the puzzle. If done correctly, you will hear a chime in the background, and the crates will disappear. Once done, the door at the end of the cave will unlock.

Go through it and continue with the rest of the special sequence till you get to the secret area where the Golden Bird’s Nest is. Collect it to start the extraction process, after which the Golden Eggs will be added to your inventory. So far, there isn’t a particular use for this item, besides the fact that it has a 2 million value on it.
