Schedule I Air Pots Or Moisture Pots: Which To Use

If you mainly deal with grass and its variants in Schedule I, then you will require the best equipment to grow them. When you first start off growing weed before moving on to coke, you might use the cheaper plastic pots to make do. But later on, you can purchase better pots, like the Air Pot or the Moisture Pot. Each pot offers a list of advantages and disadvantages, so in this guide, we will take a look at which pot is better to grow weed in Schedule I.

Air Pots are the more expensive equipment that you can buy to grow plants in. You can purchase Air Pots from Oscar at the warehouse, and it will cost $120. According to the description, your plants will have a 15% increase in growth speed, but at the cost of a 30% increase in water drainage. So you might have to keep watering your plants frequently by adding sprinklers, doing it manually, or hiring botanists and assigning them to the pots. You can then add your weed or coca plants along with some high-quality soil to start growing them.

How To Get & Use Moisture Pots in Schedule I

Moisture Pots can also be purchased from Oscar, and they are a cheaper alternative to the Air Pots. It costs $50 to purchase 1 Moisture Pot, and it reduces moisture loss by 40%. This is a great pot to use if you don’t have time or the resources to water your plants, and can work for early game setup. Just plant your seeds and put them in a soil of your choice to start growing your weed or coca strains. You won’t require any other fancy equipment to get your plants going here.

Air Pots vs Moisture Pots: Which Is Better?

From our experience, the Air Pot is better for later in the game, as you can automate watering or hire a botanist. But you might find a dip in harvesting speed while using a botanist, since they would be busy trying to keep the water levels high. If you want to save time and not spend too much on watering your plants, then the Moisture Pot will help you with that.

The only drawback to the Moisture Pot is that the growth speed of your plants will be lacking, but you will find that the harvesting speed of your botanists will increase since they aren’t spending much time watering the plants. All in all, keep Air Pots for easier-to-grow plants like weed, and Moisture Pots for coca seeds so your botanists can harvest them faster.
