The Shiny War Paint Repkit drops after defeating the Meathead Riders: Saddleback and the Immortal Boneface. Furthermore, using Shiny War Paint also reduces the Repkit cooldown by 2s, every time you take damage. So, if you are getting shot after using the Repkit, the cooldown timer to use the Repkit also shortens over time, letting you use it more frequently.
