The Fadefields region in Borderlands 4 is home to Sidney Pointylegs, who is located at The Prospects Ripper Drill Site in the Hungering Plain. This spider-like boss with a Psycho head might be intimidating at first, but she’s easy to deal with. Not only is it an easy boss fight, but she also drops Legendary loot, and you can farm her repeatedly for more. Here are all the Legendary drops obtainable by defeating Sidney Pointylegs in Borderlands 4.

Sidney Pointylegs Boss All Legendary Drops

Once you’re done dealing with Sidney Pointylegs, the boss can drop any one of these 3 Legendary Weapons: 1) Sacrificial Disc Jockey; 2) Noisy Cricket; or 3) Double-Wide Swarm/Atomic Swarm. Here are the stats for each of them.

    Sacrificial Disc Jockey

The Sacrifical Disc Jockey is a Heavy Weapon Ordnance type weapon with a special ability: Bouncing Biscuits. This ability launches Energy Disc Projectiles that can bounce up to 5 times, dealing 20% more Damage with each bounce. The Energy Disc Projectiles can bounce off of one enemy and even off of walls, which makes this a perfect weapon to take on bosses or enemies in enclosed spaces. However, you might want to switch to another weapon when you’re fighting in an open area.

    Noisy Cricket

The Noisy Cricket is one of the weaker Legendaries you can get from defeating Sidney Pointylegs in Borderlands 4. It’s a silenced weapon that shoots Sonic Blasts at enemies, costing two ammo per shot and dealing critical damage, which is useful against hordes of enemies. However, the best thing about this weapon is that it’s a reference to the Men in Black franchise.

    Double-Wide Swarm

The Double-Wide Swarm is a Grenade Ordnance that drops a Legendary after defeating Sidney Pointylegs. Its perks are MRIV Payload, which spawns 3 MRIV Grenades on explosion, Wideload, which increases Damage Radius by 62% while reducing Homing Turn Rate by 33%, and finally, Order, which allows the Grenade to home in on nearby enemies.

Another Swarm Grenade Ordnance type you can obtain from the boss fight is the Atomic Swarm Grenade, which has MRIV Payload and Order along with another perk: Nuke, which offers 31% increased Grenade Damage, 62% increased Grenade Radius, and 25% increased Grenade Cooldown Duration.

These are the three Legendary drops you can get from defeating this boss in Borderlands 4. After you’ve defeated her, use the Moxxi machine just by the game to repeat the boss fight, and try your luck at getting more Legendaries as mentioned above. With that being said, here’s how you can defeat the boss quickly.

    How to Defeat Sidney Pointylegs

The Sidney Pointylegs boss fight in Borderlands 4 starts with waves of enemies that you must defeat to trigger the real boss fight. Once you’re at the Prospects, you’ll be attacked by a swarm of enemies, who are easy to defeat. Once you’ve taken care of all the jobbers, the boss fight will begin.

This boss is a spider-like mechanized robot with a giant Psycho head attached to it. The Psycho head is a critical weak point; throughout the entire fight, keep shooting at it. Use Incendiary and Cryo to deal more damage. Once you’ve destroyed the Psycho head and depleted her first two health bars, your next target will be her pointy legs.

Her pointy legs have no specific weak points, so all you need to do is unload all your ammunition at the legs. Watch out for her spinning leg attack, move out of the way, then keep unloading on her legs. After her health bar is depleted, you’ll obtain one of the three Legendary drops as a reward, with an option to repeat the boss via the Moxxi machine just by the Prospects’ gate.

That’s all you need to know about Sidney Pointylegs’ Legendary drops, and how to defeat her in Borderlands 4. Speaking of Legendaries, why not treat yourself to the 10 best Legendaries in the game and learn how to obtain them? Looking for something a bit more specific?
