Each time you complete a quest or side quest, you will always receive some form of reward in Oblivion Remastered: either gold, gear, or useful jewelry. The Circlet of Omnipotence offers +3 Fortify points in Agility, Endurance, Speed, Strength, and Willpower. This particular ring is tied to a secret quest, and this guide will explain how to get the Circlet of Omnipotence in Oblivion Remastered.
A Ring of Keys Quest Guide Oblivion Remastered

A Ring of Keys is a subquest of the Lifting the Vale quest, and you can pick up this quest from Countess Narina Carvain. You can find the Countess in Castle Bruma, and there are three other locations where she will appear to hand over the next objectives of the quest. To start the Ring of Keys quest, head over to the castle and pick up the Lifting the Vale quest from the Countess first, till you get to unlock Pale Pass via the Serpent’s Trail as part of the questline.
Locate the Containers
Once you have Pale Pass on your map, you can head over to the fort to locate the three containers. These containers will hold a key to unlock the next container till you get to the last container holding the Circlet Of Omnipotence. You don’t have to explore the inside of the fort, as all containers can be located around the exterior. Below are where you can spot them, but note you have to pick up the keys in the order mentioned.

- Frozen Barrel: Head northwest to find the fort ruins, then turn northeast to east from the entrance. You will come across a frozen lake with a barrel wedged between the rocks. Pick up the first Rusty Key and the note from within.

- Rusty Chest: Head west while walking beside the castle walls and the path goes upwards. You will get into an enclosure that contains the Rusty Chest. Use the Rusty Key here to pick up the Old Key.

- Old Chest: Exit the enclosure and go east to southeast till you come across some boulders. Hidden behind the boulders is the Old Chest that requires the Old Key, and you can pick up the Forgotten Key here.

- Forgotten Chest: Now go all the way back to the beginning by traveling west to southwest. Head back towards the main door where you entered the pass, then face away and turn to the left. Follow the path alongside the rock wall till you come across 4 trees. Explore between the trees to find the final chest hidden between the tall grass. Unlock it to get the Circlet of Omnipotence.
