You need to unlock Nessie’s Catacombs and use the pool inside to catch a Skeletal Nessie. To unlock Nessie’s Catacombs, grab Baby Nessie and make your way to the Nessie Statue. If you haven’t found the Nessie Statue yet, head over to GPS X: 81.7, Y: 143.9, Z: -11367. You will find a large monstrous statue right in the middle of the cemetery. Equip the Baby Nessie and walk up to it. This will unlock a secret area with several altars.
If you interact with these altars, it will ask you to place 5 different Frightful Skulls. Once you complete this task, a secret passage will unlock ahead. Go through it and you will be taken to a lake, where you get to try your hand at getting Skeletal Nessie. The pool does have a time limit, and you get just 10 to 15 minutes to fish here.
