Limbus Company – Move-In Reg Gregor Explored, New Cosmetic Options Teased

It’s Monday, ladies and gents, which means we finally get to hear the basic effects of our freshest piece of content, the upcoming Move-In Reg Gregor EGO! My previous theory held true, and this variant of the EGO focues more on Charge while still providing great boons to Burn.

While we won’t know exact breakpoints for team building until the drop on Wednesday, we’ve got enough to make some more educated assessments, alongside some new changes coming to the universal experiences of Limbus Company.

Allow me to walk you through them all, step by step, in this week’s update!

    Move-In Reg Gregor Effects Revealed

Move-In Reg Gregor is the multi-coin Envy Blunt haymaker we all expected, functioning quite similarly to Move-In Reg Heathcliff. It’s got Burn, Charge, and some extra Bind to sweeten the deal, and the numbers could make or break it’s usefulness in some of the toughest new content in the game.

Enhancing its rolls based the enemy’s Burn and Gregor’s Charge, Move-In Reg Gregor is a great slot in for any Gregor that can build up some Charge, providing a compelling argument for AEDD Gregor future variants of the Middle lineup.

Alongside some passive buffs to Charge Skills and bonus Bind on Sin Resonance, AEDD Gregor backing a Middle Envy team could be a great boost to an already overpowering team. His ability to apply Resident Reg Microchip lets him enhance the damage of either Burn or Envy teams, giving him even more support.

As a final boon to Move-In Reg’s flexibility, the Corrosion grants Gregor a generic Damage Up on the next turn, further boosting his damage for minimal effort. All in all, even without the proper numbers to get exact scaling done for Move-In Reg Gregor, the EGO seems like a huge boost to some of the game’s best strategies.

If you like running the Middle, Burn, or even Charge, make sure you prepare some tickets or EGO Shards to snag Move-In Reg Gregor before the season ends, a prospect that’s rapidly approaching.

Limbus’s 3.5th Anniversary Reward, New Art CG Settings

In other update news, Limbus Company is celebrating it’s 3.5th anniversary with a bundle of 1300 Lunacy! From now until October 1st, you’ve got a 10-pull of Lunacy waiting in your inbox, ready to go, very useful for the sure to be exciting banners coming alongside Season 8.

For the final piece of permanent news, Project Moon is introducing the ability to manually select Identity Art and Story CGs as loading screen backgrounds across the game. Coming with the weekly patch on Wednesday, players will be able to choose up to 10 pieces of art as their loading screens.

These arts can be randomized or set in a specific order, allowing you to enjoy your personal favorites while waiting between battles. Personally, I’ll be tossing in some of the old story CGs from Limbus’s previous artist, maintaining some of that grunge the newer art used to struggle to capture.

It’s a nice little reminder of how far Limbus has come, while allowing everybody to celebrate their favorite moments and perfect ID lineups. Alongside the new search terms, team slots, and the upcoming storage changes, Project Moon are taking strides to make playing Limbus as convenient as possible.

Not the type to sit around and wait for patch? Why not go back and ensure you’re up to date on the game’s current pinnacle content? Looking for a final addition to your Burn team? The newest Cinq Association Hong Lu is a solid choice, which you can read about in-depth through our review right here.
