Another Monday morning Limbus kit reveal has arrived, this time filling us in not only on the effects of Rodion’s upcoming Haute Couture ID, based on the Alteration Shop clerk Annette, but also some minor changes coming to Canto 10 as a whole.
The second Tremor/Charge drop, Haute Couture Rodion brings the most support oriented kit an Identity has ever had in Limbus Company, making her extremely unique. While we don’t have the full numbers, allow me to walk you through what we do know, and theorize where she’ll best fit.
Haute Couture Rodion’s Basic Kit

Haute Couture Rodion is another member of the newly forming Tremor/Charge combo niche, unique from Haute Couture Ryoshu thanks to her introduction of an all new mechanic to Limbus Company, ‘Duality’. This effect means a Skill can target allies directly, gaining new effects.
For Rodion, this comes in the form of her Skill 1, “Retouche”, which can attack enemies or grant allies Charge Count, Offense Level, and a Shield. All of her buffs are extra effective on Charge based allies, giving her a role in that team as a pure support, boosting the whole team’s damage and speeding them up.
Alternatively, on Tremor she can focus on her unique unclashable follow up attacks, each of which either apply Tremor or pop Tremor Bursts. Once her count on her buffs is high enough, she’ll be able to deal good chunks of damage constantly through these Tremor Bursts, making her a great DPS/Support hybrid.
Where to Run Haute Couture Rodion

Haute Couture Rodion seems like a great example of a split focus Identity, making an interesting use of the growing presence of double keyword IDs by giving both effects roles in and of themselves. Her Charge side is fully supportive, giving extra buffs if the effected allies utilizes Charge and allowing the team to hit the ground running on their scaling. Charge has really struggled with its role in the current meta, and this is a super cool way of bringing them forward.
Meanwhile, Tremor is all in on damage, adding another unopposed attacker to the team alongside Night Awl Capitano Gregor and Faint Aroma Ryoshu. With a proper Tremor stack supplied, Rodion will be able to constantly reapply whatever flavor of bomb your Tremor lineup is cooking, giving her great value.
Changes to Canto 10

Canto 10 is also about to get its Week 2 update, adding the second chapter to its story, another 20 pages to the Battlepass, and some minor changes to the unique gameplay of the Canto itself, mainly focused on the controls of the new RPG mode itself.
Namely, the ability to remap controls during the dungeon crawling sections, a rather distracting problem that has been ever-present since the mode released. Alongside this addition, movement during the overworld movement sections is being made more responsive overall, allowing for quicker returns after attacks.
Finally, each of the new Luxcavations are being nerfed, with less enemy HP, lowered Stagger Thresholds, and weakened attacks both in the Luxcavations themselves and during combat in Canto 10. For grind battles, these fights were tough as nails, so easier openings will do wonders when it comes to getting ready for next patch.
