MIO: Memories In Orbit: How To Get The Bell Tower Key

MIO: Memories In Orbit has a ton of collectibles to find from Keepers to Old Cores; there are more than you might imagine. What that means is you’ll be spending a lot of time running around looking for items you might need, like the Bell Tower Key.

One of these items, much like the Silo Access Badge, will be something you need to open a locked door. More specifically, you’ll need this key to open the door to the Bell Tower.

Finding this key may prove more difficult than you might imagine, given that it’s in a totally different part of the map. Not to worry, as this guide will give you the exact location and some helpful hints on how to get it. Thankfully, it might be a bit easier than Silksong.

Where to Find the Bell Tower Key

Once you’ve found the Bell Tower door, you can make your way in the opposite direction from the door. You’ll have to face off against Crow just past the elevator to unlock the ability you’ll need.

Once you’ve managed to defeat Crow and unlock the ability to use abilities after hitting objects, you can head over to Metropolis. Inside this icy hellscape, you’ll be able to find the Bell Tower Key.

If you’ve already unlocked the keeper for the City Gates over in Metropolis, you can just teleport there to make it a bit faster. Head right from the Keeper Spawn Point; you’ll just need to be right outside the door there.

You can jump up and make your way over the top of the tower by using the new ability you acquired. Just be sure to watch out for those pesky flying enemies. Once you land on the bridge, follow it to the left until you pass a couple of enemies at the broken part of the bridge.

You can defeat the enemies or just open the door and head inside. Once you’re in, you’ll be taking on a platforming section that’ll force you to get a bit better at using this ability if you haven’t mastered it already.

You can use the images above to give you a good idea of how to get through this section. You can also just run it blind, as it isn’t too difficult. At the end, you’ll be able to grab the key and break the ice for the shortcut.

Getting Back to the Bell Tower Door

Once you’ve retrieved the key, you can head back to your nearest Spawn Point with a Keeper and fast travel back to the Nexus. Head to the right side on the level just above the Nexus Spawn Point, and you’ll hit the elevator you used to get to the Crow fight.

Go right instead of left, and after a little platforming, you should arrive at the door and be able to open it this time. Once it’s open, you’ll now have access to the Bell Tower elevator and the Bell Tower Spawn Point.

There’s still a whole lot to do, so don’t slow down just yet. From here, where you venture next is up to you, but exploring the Bell Tower should probably be first on your list.
