Where To Get The Sands of Karak Map In Hollow Knight: Silksong
Required Abilities: Drifter’s Cloak, Clawline, and Dash move.
Make your way west of Blasted Steps (West of Shellwood). Now, go all the way west of the area, to the spot with the hot air balloon with a Bench inside. It will be a difficult route. Once you arrive at the spot, you have to jump on the platforms without touching the sand, as it is filled with dangerous creatures. Use the Dash, Clawline, and Drifter’s Cloak to get to the left of the area. And then climb up to get to the hot air balloon, inside you can rest to recover your HP.
Now use the Clawline on the chains to the left of the hot air balloon, then climb on the wall. Once you reach the top of the wall, use Drifter’s Cloak to glide to the right. And you will land on a platform. Perform another jump to the wall on the right to climb upward. Once you arrive at the platform at the upper level, use the Clawline ability on the chains to the left to move upwards.
Sands of Karak Shakra Location
Now we have finally arrived in the Sands of Karak, and we set our path to the Shakra in the region.
You will find yourself in a cave. Now start moving upwards. But watch out, the cave is filled with rock spikes and also falling rocks. Climb onto the walls and make sure to perform a precise jump to avoid getting hit. When you do get out of the cave, take the path on the right.
This new area will be quite different. Here, you will see the sand at the bottom, but next to it will be a giant yellow orb. Hit the yellow orb to make it fall on the sand. This will create a platform for us to move across the area. Don’t fall down, or the sand monsters will love to chew your body.
After crossing the first platform, be prepared for the second platform. But this time, when you hit the yellow orb, it will create a steady platform, but also spikes in the middle. So jump on the platform and hit the spikes at a perfect time to avoid getting hit and land on the platform on the right.
Note: If you see a path out of reach, then you need to look out for the yellow orb to create it. The last one is hidden at the top-right corner of the room.
Keep heading right, and you will exit the room. Now, in the new area, just climb up and take the first door on the left. Jump over the spikes, and you will find Shakra at the end. Talk to her and buy the Sands of Karak Map for 90 Rosaries.
