How To Get All 15 Medicine Bottles In Indiana Jones & The Great Circle
After you collected all the 15 Medicine Bottles then you can head back to the Pharmacy at the Vatican. Where you will receive a reward for your collection and a surprise bonus to your Health and Stamina bars. Don’t delay, finish every mission down in the Vatican and grab all the bottles before leaving town.

Belvedere Courtyard
Vatican Medicine Bottle #1
You will find it in the tent on the east side of Belvedere Courtyard. You will find the bottle on the table next to the desk on the right of the tent. This one can get a bit tough, as you must watch out for guards patrolling the area before thinking about snatching the bottle.

Now we are going to head a bit north of the Belvedere Courtyard. Make your way inside the Blackshirt Camp. Here get inside the second tent to your right, next to the stone chair with some plants on it. You will find the medicine bottle on a desk next to a typewriter inside a tent.

Take the narrow route east of Belvedere Courtyard, You will find a half-open steel gate with a broken wooden pallet lying on it. Head inside, and then look to your right to find the desk with the medicine bottle.
Borgia Courtyard

Get to Borgia Courtyard, south of the Belvedere Courtyard. Here you will find the medicine bottle on the desk to your right. However, the place has a guard lurking around, so be ready for a fight when you try and take the medicine bottle.

Head over to Borgia Courtyard just outside of the Sistine Chapel. Take the ladder to climb up to the roof. Once you are on the rooftop, look to your right and you will find the bottle on a crate next to the railing.
Excavation Site

Enter the Excavation Site from the entrance on the west. You will find the medicine bottle on a desk at the bottom of the stairs. Just walk right into the building, pass the guards, and then look at the table on your left to find the medicine bottle here.

Here you will find the medicine bottle inside the room, on a chair next to the lockers. The room is located southeastern corner of the Excavation Site.
Apostolic Palace

Quest Required: A Snake in the Garden
You will find the medicine bottle in Father Ventura’s Office in the Apostolic Palace. If you couldn’t get it during the mission “A Snake in the Garden“, then you can hunt it again by heading through the entrance of the Excavation site. Take the stairs to reach the upper floor. Take the door left of the statue, and then the one on the right.
You will soon find yourself in a large room, painted green. And here you will find the medicine bottle on a desk next to the typewriter.

Head to the east of Apostolic Palace, pass the truck, and take the stairs on the left. It will lead to a dead end, you will find the medicine bottle in the drawers, next to the closed-off door.

Quest Required: Mad Priest fieldwork
You will find the next medicine bottle on top of the stairs located south of Apostolic Palace, You can reach this area after finishing the Mad Priest fieldwork side quest in the game.
Blackshirt Barracks

Take the narrow route west of the Belvedere Courtyard, and climb the scaffolding to your right. Get to the top, follow the route, and then take the zipline into the Blackshirt Barracks. Here you will find the medicine bottle on the desk on your left.
Vatican Medicine Bottle #12
Get to the Blackshirt Barracks, obtain the Blackshirt Key to open the door, and loot the medicine bottle. The key can’t be picked up separately, it comes with the Blackshirt Disguise. You will come across the disguise after meeting with Gina in the main quest line.

Quest Required: Stolen Cat Mummy
The area here is locked until you complete the Stolen Cat Mummy quest. Get to the northeast of the Sistine Chapel. Here take the stairs until you reach the rooftop and look for a broken hole in the fence. Go through it, and use the whip to climb down to the floor below. You will find the medicine bottle on the chair to the right.
Post Office

Grab this medicine bottle off the table located northeast outside of the post office. You will find an open window to the post office, instead of going inside, turn left and you will find the medicine bottle on the chair next to the stairs on the right.
Borgia Tower

Head back to the door we found while climbing Borgia Tower. You can open the door using Giuliana’s Key. Follow the route and you will find the medicine bottle next to the zipline.
