How To Find New Anomalous Creatures In No Man’s Sky: Worlds Part II

No Man’s Sky is an ever-expanding system filled with new exploration points and new planets to explore. With the introduction of the Worlds Part 2 update, you get to explore a whole new planetary system, and with it you can uncover some new and strange items. Besides working on uncovering all the new planets, you can also find new creatures, and one of them happens to be some unique geometric lifeforms. In this guide we will show you where you can locate the new anomalous creatures in No Man’s Sky.

Where To Locate The Geometric Creatures In No Man’s Sky

The Worlds Part 2 update note includes a tiny section on finding some rare new anomalous creatures, which are described as curious geometric lifeforms. These creatures do exist somewhere out there, and getting to them can be a bit tricky. Before you begin, you need to complete the main story mission to unlock the purple star system and get the portal sequence to explore it. Once you have that down, you need to uncover a new secret code. Head over to the Euclid Purple System and input the following code.

Hop into the portal and you will be transported to a new planet or moon. Explore your surroundings to find the new geometric pets, which you can find using your scanner. These geometric creatures float around in groups, so you can find a bunch of them in your nearby vicinity. They are docile creatures and won’t do any harm, and you can even float up to them to feed them.

    How To Adopt Geometric Pets

When it comes to adopting these new pets, it might take a bit of time. With ample interactions and feeding them, you can select one of them and try the Adopt as Companion option. If successful, you have now gained a new Geometric pet to add to your collection. Some of them can also be ridden, but it will depend on their size. Smaller geometric pets will have a harder time trying to lift you up, so you need to scavenge around the planet to find a bigger pet to take home and add as a companion.

You can also customize your geometric pet if you have them at your base. If you are lucky, they can lay eggs, which you can then add to your space anomaly. After that, you can manually place resources in the assigned slots that will give your pet some physical advantages, which can also improve their size, helping you ride them.

There is a lot more to be done while exploring the new update in No Man’s Sky, and we have guides covering everything about Relic Base Parts and the Weapon Rack for extra storage that you can check out.
