The First Descendant is the latest entry into the looter-shooter genre, and looks to have created a good splash in the gaming community with more than 200k active players on Steam at the time of writing this article. One of the early game side quests will see you helping Bunny to locate evidence of what her parents were doing. We have put up the detailed step by step guide on Follow Their Traces quest in The First Descendant

How To Find Bunny’s Records In Follow Their Traces Quest

The First Descendant location Follow Their Traces

The records for Bunny’s parents are located south of the Restricted Zone in the Sterile Lands on a cliff edge. This location is unlocked only after you have progressed the main story line till you reach ‘Successful Infiltration’ quest for Sharen.

The location can be accessed by travelling south-east from the spawn point in the Restricted Zone. Once you reach there, pick up the ‘Emergency Communication Record – Agent Cayden Voltia’. This will get categorized in your Inventory under Journal -> Records -> Descendant. The records will indicate that Bunny’s parents did find traces of suspicious material, and evidence that such material was being moved in large quantities. They had also requested support from Albion to conduct a diversionary operation since the area had multiple Vulgus forces, making a thorough search difficult. On an interesting side note, it also reveals that Young Bunny actually did not like rabbits and would have much rather preferred a teddy bear for her birthday!
