By picking up side quests in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, you get to explore the Zone even better and see all that it has to offer. While you do end up struggling to stay alive everyday, you also get to help your fellow comrades with their tasks. These can get challenging, but you can claim some sweet rewards for your trouble. If you are looking to get your hands on the Shah’s Mate SMG, then you need to complete the No Honor Among Thieves side quest. In this guide we will show you how to get this weapon and complete the quest in Stalker 2.
How To Start The No Honor Among Thieves In Stalker 2
The No Honor Among Thieves quest unlocks by speaking to Huron at the Slag Heap in the region of Garbage. Within the Slag Heap base, find and talk to Huron and ask him about a job. He might take some jabs at you, so ignore those and choose the option to walk away when you get it. He will then stop you and explain about a missing shipment that is supposed to reach the Brood. But since there is no word on that, it is up to you to find it and report back to Huron.
No Honor Among Thieves Walkthrough
The first step is finding and talking to the Brood Bandits to find out what happened to the shipment. Head southwest from Slag Heap to find a locked house, an excavator, and a broken-down red trailer. Since you can’t get into the house from the front door, you need to figure out another way to get in. Make your way into the red trailer and follow the path till you reach some crates and boxes. Use these to get on top of the trailer and jump across to the excavator.
Walk over the excavator’s arm till you reach the roof of the house and drop down. There is a hole in the floor where you can drop down further. You will come across the corpses of the bandits and of Edik the Dome. The PDA on his corpse will explain what happened, and you can start the next objective.
Pick Up The Shipment From Docent
Head southeast from your location to find a large red brick building. There are lots of Stalkers around the area, so kill them all first before you try to get inside. Or you can sneak past them if you don’t want to waste any ammo. Make your way towards the truck parked near the building, and you will notice some crates and a tanker leading up to the balcony of the building.
Get on top of the crates and jump up to the balcony, then enter the building and head left to find a hole in the floor. You will find Docent sitting in the room, and you can talk to him to get a choice.
Kill Or Spare Docent
You have a choice to attack Docent or listen to what he has to say. Letting him talk is the better option here, as you can learn more about a secret stash location and the location of the Brood Shipment. If you attack him, you still do get the info about the shipment, but you won’t get any info or marked location of the secret stash. You can still find the stash regardless of not getting a marked location, but you get to pick it up after you have completed this quest.
Return To Huron And Collect The Shah’s Stash
After getting the shipment from Docent, head back to Huron and talk to him about it. For your efforts, you collect 2,159 Coupons from him and complete the quest. Now, you can head out to find the secret Shah’s Stash. Head northwest from Slag Heap towards the marked location, there is an underpass that you can check out here. Investigate the crook of the underpass to find a corpse, and just beyond the corpse is a hole in the wall where the secret stash is.
Loot it to get the Shah’s Mate SMG and some ammo. As soon as you do that, you will be instantly attacked by an invisible Bloodsucker, so keep that in mind while trying to get the loot. With this weapon in your arsenal, you unlock the Your Move! Achievement and a powerful weapon with an extremely high rate of fire and accuracy.
