Gems give your character build added dimension, as they supply extra attributes once equipped. Like most gems, you only get them from particular enemy drops. The Rakiata’s Flow is one of the Lineage Support Gems that offers a powerful boost in a certain skill, but you need to hunt down a particular enemy to get it. This guide will explain how to get Rakiata’s Flow in Path of Exile 2.
How to Get Rakiata’s Flow in POE2

The Rakiata’s Flow commonly drops from the Manoki, the Chosen at The Jade Isles, but other Deadly Bosses from the Act 4 Atlas maps also have a chance to drop this gem. The Jade Isles are found within the Eye of the Storm prior to the game’s completion, and heading into this map lets you access the Jade Isles by pressing Tab. After completion, the map will be renamed permanently to The Jade Isles.

The Jade Isles are softlocked at the start, and like most maps, you need to clear all the surrounding maps and find the map nodes by defeating the area’s bosses. For the Jade Isles, locate the Karui Beacon on any of the nearby maps. Defeat the boss to activate the node and unlock the Jade Isles. If you have done all that and if the map isn’t available, then using The Grand Project Precursor Tablet seems to work for most players.
As for the Rakiata’s Flow drop rate, it is extremely rare. You will most probably find yourself doing several rounds of boss fights just to get it. If the gem doesn’t drop from Manoki, you might have better luck with other Act 4 bosses like the ones at Derelict Mansion or Temporal Sandstorm.

How To Use Rakiata’s Flow

Rakiata’s Flow’s special effect causes an inverted value of the enemy’s elemental resistance. This literally gives them negative resistance against elemental damage when this skill gem is used. This is great if you have builds that offer high elemental damage, either through your weapons, spells, or minions. The Lightning Arrow or Ice Shot Deadeye builds will benefit greatly from Rakiata’s Flow in their skill kit.
It is best not to pair Rakiata’s Flow with other gems that offer negative or reduced resistances. Doing so will reduce the damage output from Rakiata’s Flow, since inverted resistances cannot be stacked. Rather, place Rakiata’s Flow in the appropriate damage gem slot to reap maximum benefit, especially if you have an elemental damage build in Path of Exile 2.
