My Winter Car has car parts that you have to order from a magazine, but there’s no clear instructions regarding how to collect your mail order once it arrives. Luckily, once you receive your notice that your order has arrived, picking it up is surprisingly straightforward.
Checking for your Mail Order Arrival Notice
So, you’ve ordered one or more items. You’ll need to keep an eye on your mailbox to watch for a notice that tells you that your items have been delivered. They just haven’t been delivered right to your apartment, and you instead have to pick them up yourself.
In My Winter Car, you’re living in an apartment, which means that your mailbox is by a collection of mailboxes for each resident in your complex. When you exit your apartment, head left. Right before you reach the road, there’s a line of mailboxes on your left. Your mailbox is the one closest to the road.

Pop open your mailbox and see if you have a slip of paper about your order. Like with the advert pile for the ad delivery job, it can take a few days for the notice to arrive in your mailbox. I like to continue on with the game and do other tasks, like completing jobs for money, in the meantime.
Collect Your Mail Order
When you receive the notice, it’s time to go pick up your mail order. This is done by going to PSK. From your apartment complex, head left. Continue on the road until you reach the intersection with Pub Nappo, at which point you’ll go left again. From here, you’ll go straight to PSK.
Inside PSK, you’ll see multiple counters. On the far right, you have the counter for the little marketplace. Immediately to the left of that counter, you find the post counter. Go stand by the register under the post sign.

The employee should come over, but this can take some time. I would love to see a bell added that you can ring to alert the employee, since it seems like she can take time to notice you at a counter.
When she’s at the counter, you should be able to properly pick up your mail order and head back home.
Since My Winter Car is in Early Access, the mail order feature, like other features, can be buggy. Some players report that they’ve waited multiple days in-game, but the notice has yet to arrive. In this case, your best bet is to log out and log back in to see if it shows up. Otherwise, you might need to reorder the items you’re waiting on and see if the notice shows up that time. From there, you’ll repeat the same process to collect your mail order in My Winter Car.
