Since Mandragora Whispers of the Witch Tree is an action RPG, you need to build up your character and acquire all the skills required to survive out there. There are several combat skills that you can acquire as you keep exploring all the locations on the map. Getting these skills will unlock new combat abilities, making you stronger each time. This guide will cover where you find all combat skill locations in Mandragora.

All Combat Skill Locations in Mandragora

There are 8 combat skills to find, and some of them are easier to get than others. We will explore how to get each one below.

    Light Attack

This is a default skill that all classes can get at the start of the game. It costs 15 Stamina to use, and you can create light combo attacks as well as airborne attacks with this skill.

    Uppercut

You can get the Uppercut skill as a default skill for the Vanguard class, or you can purchase it from Gerald after recruiting him to your Witch Tree. You can get Gerald after completing the side quest Let The Right One In, and it will cost 1500 Gold to purchase the skill book from him. Applying this skill will use Adrenaline to cut through enemies and also applies Bleed damage.

    Enrage

This skill can also be purchased from Gerald, and it will cause your character to enter enraged state and increase damage output. But, you will also receive increased damage in return. Purchasing this skill book will cost 1500 Gold.

    Heavy Attack

The Heavy Attack skill is tied to a particular boss fight. You need to find and defeat the first Caretaker boss, who is also the first boss in the game. The Caretaker is located in the Upper Cemetery in Old Wickham Monastery, and you will get to this place during the Witch Hunt quest. The Heavy Attack skill is an advanced form of the Light Attack, dealing immense damage to enemies.

    Shield Charge

Another skill that is tied to a particular boss. Pepper is the second boss encounter during the Witch Hunt quest. You can find Pepper in Wickham Sewers, just below the waypoint here. Acquiring this skill will grant the ability to bash forward with your shield and deal damage, and it will use up Adrenaline each time you perform this move.

    Sunder

You have to defeat another Caretaker boss at Braer Castle, and it can be found between the Upper Quarters and Braer Castle left wing.

    Impale and Execute

This skill is tied to your Greatsword, and to get this skill you need to defeat the Marionette boss. Using this skill will use your Greatsword to stab enemies and deal damage, and you can reactivate the skill by using up all your Adrenaline.

    Whirlwind

The final skill can be attained after defeating the Giant near Traveker camp, which you can get to right after the Frostbite Pass waypoint.

We have a bunch of guides on Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree that you can check out, like the ones on the Old Regrets Quest Guide, How To Cross The Dreamfield, and All 20 Map Fragments Locations.
