How To Cross The Dreamfield In Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree

Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree is a tough RPG where you will encounter enemies and bosses of various kinds. There are certain locations that you can safely access to get across to the next levels, but some areas can be difficult to gain access to. Once you reach the end of the game, you get informed about getting into Dreamfield, but doing so will instantly kill you. If you are wondering how to quickly get inside Dreamfield without dying, then this guide will show you how to do that in Mandragora.

How To Safely Cross The Dreamfield In Mandragora

You can cross the Dreamfield safely in Mandragora after consuming an Insomnium Elixir, sold by Alannah at Gloomroot Woods. After defeating the final boss, you will be instructed to visit Dreamfield if you wish to resurrect Branween. You can head to Dreamfield by traveling east from the Lakeshore spawn point. Before you enter Dreamfield, there is something that needs to be done. You need to purchase and consume the Insomnium Elixir, and there is only one merchant who has this particular elixir in stock. First, you need to rescue Alannah at Gloomroot Woods and recruit her to your Witch Tree.

If you have already done this, then you can check out her wares to find that she sells the Insomnium Elixir for 1,000 Gold. Consuming this item will keep you awake for 20 seconds, just long enough to activate the Lighthouse spawn point and get into the Lighthouse area. You can purchase multiple stacks of this Elixir, but you don’t need too many, as the Lighthouse waypoint and entrance is quite close to the Lakeshore waypoint.

If you haven’t located Alannah yet, make your way west of the Ruins of West Wickham to find Gloomroot Woods. You need to make your way to the upper eastern section of Gloomroot Woods to find Alannah under attack. Defeat all the enemies around, then speak to her to ask her to join you.

Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree is a tough RPG, so you have to learn the ropes of the game quite early on. Our guides can help you out, like the ones on locating All 20 Map Fragments Locations or completing the Talking Skull Quest Guide.
