Luma Island’s Pirates update brings in new challenges and new artifacts to locate. If you go back and explore all the locations within the island, you will probably notice something different now. There is a new Pirate Altar, and once you find it, you can go on a hunt to locate Pirate Artifacts and solve the Treasure Map puzzles. This guide will explain where to locate all new artifacts in Luma Island.

All Pirate Artifact Locations in Luma Island

There are four treasure maps to find, and each treasure map will lead you to a Pirate Artifact location. Then, you need to take these artifacts to the Spooky Pirate Altar at the Pirate Cove to get your final reward. Below are the locations you need to go and collect the Treasure Maps and the Pirate Artifacts.

Make your way southeast towards the shoreline near the overhead bridge. Pick up the Message in the Bottle along the shore to get the Farm Treasure Map. You can place the map in your hotbar and interact with it to open it. It will show you a marked location, and you need to head a bit northwest of your current location to find the Artifact. You can check out the exact location below to know where to go.

From there, continue northwest through the mines till you reach a broken bridge near the waterfall. Fix the bridge using wooden planks and wire, then head across and travel north towards the platform beside the waterfall. Walk around the platform till you get the Dig option, then use your shovel to dig up the spot and get the first Artifact.

Head over to the pirate podium and walk along the shoreline northwest to find another Message in the Bottle. This time, you get the Forest Treasure Map from within. To find the Artifact, head west towards the Wooden Building and go down the slope. Walk around the house to find another broken bridge. Repair the bridge, then follow the path ahead to go across.

You will reach a maze, keep to your right side till you find an exit on your left. Enter the grassy path, then take the road on your right. At the end of the road you will get the Dig notification, and you can get the second Artifact here.

Make your way towards the top of the waterfall in the northeastern section of the map. You can walk across the shallow stream to get to the other side and pick up the Message in the Bottle containing the Mountain Treasure Map.

The last location you need to go and retrieve the Artifact is at the southern section from the location where you picked up the Jungle Map. You can find the dig site around a pond that is shaped like a heart.

After collecting all the Artifacts, head back to the cove and place them all at the Spooky Altar. Your rewards for completing the quest are several new cosmetic items, plus a treasure chest containing the following.

    • Jungle Pirate Coins x16
    • Bolts x1
    • Water Spirit x15
