In Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, you will find that there are several puzzles to solve within each region, and sometimes you also have to find rare collectibles as part of the main story. Once you get your camera, you can start taking pictures of murals with inscriptions to add to your collection. There are 10 such inscriptions to find around The Vatican, and you can start collecting them as part of the Secret of Giants fieldwork side quest. In this guide we have the details on all inscription photo locations in Vatican City in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
All 10 Inscription Photo Locations For Secret Of Giants Quest
While exploring the Vatican, you will encounter these Inscription Photos by chance. We have already covered 4 Inscription Photo locations as part of the Stolen Cat Mummy quest, so you can check that out to get a head start. As for the other 6, you can keep reading about it below.
Location #1
From the Belvedere Courtyard fountain, head east and make your way down the slope and out the doorway towards Via Di Belvedere. Keep heading down the path and get past the jeep while keeping to your left. You will come across a flight of stairs, go past them, and enter the alley on your left. Go down the stairs on the left to reach the Vatican Post Office cellar.
You require a key to unlock the door, which you can get by completing the Savage Discovery fieldwork quest. Unlock the cellar and head left, towards the end of the passage you will find the mural on the wall to your right.
Location #2
Make your way back to the courtyard and walk up towards the northern section. You will find several tents behind a fence that you can’t enter. Rather, squeeze through the crates on the left side, run down the path, and enter the door on the far end. Turn left and enter the doorway on the right, go up the short flight of stairs and exit out the door on the right.
Once you reach the Museum Wing, turn left and follow the path towards the stairs and go up. You will find the mural at the very top of the stairs.
Location #3
Enter the Vatican Gardens and make your way to the Fountain of Confessions. Head up the stairs to the left of the fountain to find the mural inscription on the wall.
Location #4
From the courtyard, head south towards the stage and climb up the scaffolding behind it. Keep going up the second set of scaffolding once you reach the balcony on top. Get inside the room through the open window and exit out the window on the left side to reach the Borgia Courtyards. Climb up the ledge on the side of the building and enter the Apostolic Palace through the open window. Head down the stairs and enter the door on the left side of the hallway.
Once inside the room, head straight down the passage and out the open doorway, then continue to exit out the double doors. Enter the first doorway to your right and head up the stairways. Before you advance, you should have the Clerical Suit from Father Antonio, wear it and enter the door on the right. Exit out the double doors on the right towards the balcony, then use the rope above to zipline across.
After landing, turn around and you will find a hole at the bottom of the grill gate. Squeeze through it and jump down to find the mural on the wall behind you.
Location #5
For the next photo inscription, collect the key to the sewers first by completing The Mad Priest side quest. After that, enter the Tower of Nicholas V and make your way down to the basement of the tower. Use the key on the locked gate ahead to reach the sewers. Walk across the wooden planks and cross the bridge at the end of the passage to reach the right side of the sewers. Grab onto the ledge above and make your way to the right.
Climb up the pipe next to you and make your way across. The pipe will eventually break but you can still follow it up till you reach a rod above. Use your whip and swing yourself across to reach the pipe at the end of the room. Climb the pipe till you reach the wooden platform, then continue to make your way up the platforms using your whip. Once you reach the very top, swing across to the doorway and you will find the inscription mural inside the room.
Location #6
The final mural is inside the Excavation Site, which you can enter via the Apostolic Palace. As soon as you enter the site, head left and you will find the mural on the wall.

You can now go ahead and place these 10 photo inscriptions in Antonio’s office. There will be a bulletin board there where all the pictures can go in, once you do that you will get Adventure Points and a Relic as a reward.
