Like most Soulslike RPGs, Wuchang Fallen Feathers have a set of status effects that are inflicted on your character. Each time you get a status effect, you start losing some health or gain a debuff. It is best to quickly get rid of whatever ailment has plagued you so your health recovery is quicker. This guide will explain all status effects in Wuchang Fallen Feathers and how to cure them.

There are 7 status effects in the game, and each of them have a status meter that fills up before you are inflicted. Each effect also comes with a unique color, which makes it easier to identify them. Spells and attacks from enemies are the main causes of status effect infliction, so you need to be prepared with the right remedies to get rid of it before you gain the debuff. Check out the details of each status ailment and how to cure them below.

Other Ways to Heal Status Ailments

The Cornucopia Elixir is one of the best ways to cure all status effects inflicted on your character. The only drawback to attaining this unique remedy is that only certain NPCs carry it in their shop. Another way to heal is to rest at any shrine, this will instantly remove any status effect. To survive the rest of your run, it is best to craft and store all remedies within your inventory and hotbar.

Also, while you collect armor sets and pieces, check their stats to know which ones offer elemental resistances. This helps mitigate some of the effects of the status ailments, especially while wandering through regions that have enemies that deal status effects.
