Mission Overview
- Mission Name: In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda
- How to Trigger: There are two possible ways to start the mission.
- Option #1: By picking up a single piece of the Science Adventure Quarterly Volume comic, you will unlock the mission.
- Option #2: Meeting with Redactor Quesnel in a shack west of Fairfield.
Objective: You must find all 10/10 Science Adventure Quarterly Volumes in different locations on Paradise Island.
#1. Science Adventure Quarterly Vol. 1 Location
Fast-travel to Westport and make your way to the flooded residential section of the location by taking the route left of the fast-travel point. Head inside the second abandoned house from the left to find the first volume.
#2. Science Adventure Quarterly Vol. 2 Location
Head to the fisherman’s house located all the way south of Paradise Island. You will find the comic lying on a table next to two chairs on the balcony of the house.
#3. Science Adventure Quarterly Vol. 3 Location
Head to the building north of the Ministry of Accuracy, located west of Fairfield in Paradise Island. You will find the comic on a table next to the stairs of the building.
#4. Science Adventure Quarterly Vol. 4 Location
Travel to the Vox Relay fast travel point in the northern part of Paradise Island. Now head east from the point to reach the dock section. You will find the comic in a table next to the rope fence near the water.
#5. Science Adventure Quarterly Vol. 5 Location
Head northeast from the Ministry of Accuracy fast travel point or west of the Bridge of the Reverent fast travel point to get to this location. Once you are in the location, head to the small building with a green light bulb at the entrance. You will find the comic on a table next to the bunk bed.
#6. Science Adventure Quarterly Vol. 6 Location
Travel to the Fairfield fast travel point, and then head east of the location to the fishing hut. Head inside the building, and you will find the sixth comic on a bunk bed in the room.
#7. Science Adventure Quarterly Vol. 7 Location
From the Drop Pod Landing Zone, head southeast to find a farmland. Here you will find the comic on a desk in a small bunker in the area.
#8. Science Adventure Quarterly Vol. 8 Location
Head to Crabbing Tower fast travel point, located southwest of Fairfield. Climb to the top of the tower by the ladder on the side of the first floor. Inside the upper floor, you will find the comic on a desk.
#9. Science Adventure Quarterly Vol. 9 Location
Head west of Crabble Spawning Grounds, southeast of Crabbing Tower, to get to this location. The door to the building will be jammed; here, you need to either apply the Engineering or Browny Trait to open the door. Inside, kill all the enemies, and you will find the comic in a bunk bed next to the safe.
#10. Science Adventure Quarterly Vol. 10 Location
Head to the building, north of the Drop Pod Landing Zone fast travel point. You will find the comic on a table outside the house.
Once you have gathered all 10 Science Adventure Quarterly Volumes, head back to Quesnel and complete the In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda mission.
You will earn Townie Clothing gear. The gear has a 20% Evasion Chance/ 50% Combat Sprint Speed. It comes with the modL Charge Repulsor. Besides the clothing, you will unlock the SA Quarterlies Quantified trophy or achievement in The Outer Worlds 2.
