Blue Protocol: Star Resonance has some new features that give the game a unique twist. One of those features is the Auto Battle, which seems to take care of 90% of the hard work. Like most features, there are pros and cons to the Auto Battle, and this guide will detail how it works in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance.
Auto Battle Explained in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance

Pressing the H key on the keyboard or changing the in-game settings for mobile will enable auto-battle. Auto battle, as the name suggests, lets you fight enemies automatically. This feature unlocks after completing the tutorial, and you get to experiment with it early in the game. After having your team set up, while you step into the battle arena, enable the auto battle and watch your team win the fight for you.
You also get to pick which particular skill to use in battle. To do that, select or deselect the skill from the hotbar at the bottom of the screen. Otherwise, the game will pick any random skill that isn’t on cooldown. The best use of the Auto Battle option is to help you spam the basic attack skills.
Set only the basic attack to auto, while you wait to hit them with special attacks manually. That way, you get to manually time your hits while the auto battler spams the attacks that don’t have cooldowns. Don’t forget to assign the recommended skill for auto battle to save you time.
When Not to Use Auto Battle

It would be a disadvantage to use Auto Battle while facing endgame dungeons, story missions, or PvP battles. Also, higher-level dungeons and bosses would benefit more from strategic attacks than from spamming attacks. Some bosses will have tricky mechanics where you might need time for your attacks or dodges. The Auto Battler will not compute these random mechanics, so you will have to go through with the fight manually.
Best Classes for Auto Battle
Verdant Oracle, Shield Knight, and Marksman are among the classes that benefit most from Auto Battle. Verdant Oracle is effective because it can provide automated healing, keeping the party healthy with minimal input. Shield Knight excels due to strong defense and self-healing abilities, allowing this class to survive on its own during automated play. Marksman fits well, as several of its attacks can be repeatedly used without much attention, making this class efficient for farming via Auto Battle.
Whether you should use the Auto Battle feature is entirely subjective. This feature is a great addition if you want to stay AFK or if you want to kill enemies for the sole purpose of farming XP and resources. While this feature is great for fighting low-level enemies, you might need to put in some effort with enemies at higher levels.
