Hell Is Us has six different vaults for us to explore and loot all the goodies at the end. Getting to them is the first part of the challenge; unlocking them requires a combination of runic symbols to unlock the gates to the vault.
Codes for all the vaults can be found on the research items, and handing them to Tania Alver in the APC will give you the direction to the vault and the code to unlock it.
Forbidden Knowledge Location #1: Senedra Forest Vault
Code: Terror, Admiration, Rage, Amazement.
Location: This is the very first vault you will encounter in the game. Get to the OMSIF tent, where we found the Medkit for the soldier. Head through the tent and move right, and through the crevice until you find the vault.
Rewards List:
- Glyph – Overwhelm: Grief energy gathers and dichanges around your spot, and it helps stun Lymbic entities.
- Glyph – Feed on Fear: Put fear in the targeted Lymbic entity and leech off health from them.
- Glyph- Wave of Wrath: Launch a wave of rageful energy in front of you, damaging any Lymbic entities standing on its path.
- Glyph – Gluttony: Draw all Lymbic entities into close combat range and stun them when they arrive.

Forbidden Knowledge Location #2: Acasa Marshes Vault
Code: Rage, Ecstasy, Terror, Grief
Location: The vault is located at the locked base camp near the Jova. The code to unlock the gate is 151991. Get inside the camp, and you will eventually come across a large cave that takes you underground, and you will find a vault at the end.

Forbidden Knowledge Location #3: Vyssa Hills Vault
Code: Admiration, Amazement, Ecstasy, Rage
Location: You will find the vault behind the waterfall near the camp in Vyssa Hills. Just get to the top of the waterfalls and make your way down on the rocks to get inside.
Reward List:
- Glyph- Rapture Enhanced: Erupt a rapturous energy, damaging all nearby Lymbic entities.
- Glyph- Animosity Enhanced: Lasso a Lymbic entity and pull towards close-range combat. It also stuns them.
- Glyph – Void Enhanced: Conjure a pool of pain that inflicts grievous pain to all Lymbic entities. You can also collapse to bring more torment.

Code: Vigilance, Grief, Loathing, Ecstasy
Location: Get to the east of the map until you arrive in the area with blue flowers near the coast. Now turn right, and you will eventually find a path to the mountainside next to the lake.

- Glyph- Lymbic Silvers Elite: Launch energy crystal shard towards the target.

Forbidden Knowledge Location #5: Marastan Vault
Code: Amazement, Vigilance, Admiration, Loathing
Location: It’s located below the ruins of the Raveta Estate. Take the left from the APC until you see large ancient ruins in the distance. Pass the ruins, get on the small island with a giant rock structure in the middle, and take the path behind the structure to get to the vault.
Reward List:
- Glyph – Frightful Ambush Elite: Spawn a pool of terror, leaving seized Lymbic entities in pain.
- Glyph – Rage Spike Elite: Launch an exploding lance at the target that explodes upon impact.
- Glyph- Masochistic Delight Elite: Take damage to your body and share it with all Lymbic entities nearby.
- Glyph – Waves of Grief Elite: Inflict grief at Lymbic entities, causing them heavy sorrow.
- Orison of Valour Relic: Remove Stamina cost for all actions.

Forbidden Knowledge Location #6: Jeljin Vault

Location: Head southwest of the APC, and you will find a small camp with tents near the archaeological dig site.
