Kaiju No.8 has a number of interesting units with their own set of skills and perks that make them stand out against each other. But not all of them are going to be at the same level; some of them are always going to be a more satisfactory option for a pick. Here we will take a look at the best 5-Star units that you should keep in mind when you are rerolling in Kaiju No.8: The Game.

    Reno Ichikawa

    Stat Details:

    • HP: 375
    • Attack: 206
    • Defense: 175
    • Speed: 105

Set your eye on Reno, as he is currently the best pull in the game. Reno’s follow-up attack, Composed Thinking, is very strong, and he uses it very frequently. Reno’s combat skill Ice Break is good, and his ultimate Extreme Cold Manifestation also deals amazing damage. But once Reno reaches level 40, activating a combat skill will have a 40% chance to SP back.

    Kaiju No. 8

    Stat Details:

    • HP: 507
    • Attack: 309
    • Defense: 270
    • Speed: 102

Kaiju can’t equip any weapons, but the base stat will make up for that. Compared to others, he holds a high HP and Attack stat. His combat skill, Unyielding Fists, and follow-up skill Controlled Punch are strong. And when you take a look at his ultimate, Ultimate Punch applies Blunt damage and Critical Damage.

    Kikoru Shinomiya

    Stat Details:

    • HP: 215
    • Attack: 145
    • Defense: 124
    • Speed: 102

Kikoru comes with good debuffs, and her combat and follow-up skills are also excellent. The best thing about this character is that she can attack two units, and she has good adjacent attacks. But her strongest point is her passive Rising Morale that increases the unit’s attack by 5.5% and critical damage to 11%.

    Mino Ashiro

    Stat Details:

    • HP: 210
    • Attack: 175
    • Defense: 106
    • Speed: 95

Mino has a good multiplier and is great for damage reduction. The highlight of Mino is that she is excellent against bosses with her passive Supergiant-Class kaiju Killer. When she is going up against a Giant-class Kaiju, the unit’s damage dealing gets raised to 19.2%. Reload Complete combat skill will add damage, dealing 9% and a damage multiplier of 16%.

    Gen Narumi

    Stat Details:

    • HP: 221
    • Attack: 154
    • Defense: 112
    • Speed: 107

His combat skill Eruption Slash does slash and shot damage equal to 90% of the unit’s attack on a single Kaiju and 45% of the unit’s attack on adjacent Kaiju. His passive Way of the Strongest applies damage dealing of 9.6% when the ultimate gauge is over 50% if it’s less than 50%, then it applies a speed boost of 9.6%.

Other interesting picks include: Soshiro Hoshina and Ryo Ikaruga. These four-star units will also be a great addition. If you fail to get any of the 5-Star units mentioned in the article, you can always decide to reroll to obtain them in Kaiju No.8: The Game.
