Randomly spawning around the island, these Rifts feature a parkour course that directly connects to Merlin’s new quest. How to Complete Merlin’s Quest in Fisch
To complete Merlin’s Quest in Fisch, you need to bring him Magic Shards to mend his Magic Orb, which he accidentally broke. To find Merlin, head to the right of Moosewood, past the Haddock Rock on Sunstone Island. The exact coordinates are -943, 224, -988. Interact with him to find out that his shop has been nearly destroyed, and in the process, he accidentally broke the Magic Orb.
Now, you need to retrieve Magic Shards from 4 Sunstone Rifts all around the Sunstone Island to mend what’s broken. After your interaction with him, his quest will begin. Each Magic Shard will grant you a different reward, to make your efforts that much more worthwhile. Here’s how you can find and complete every Rift in Fisch
How to Complete All Sunstone Rifts in Fisch
To complete all Rifts in Fisch, head inside it and complete the parkour course under the given time limit. Failing to do so will get you kicked out of the Rift. These Rifts spawn randomly all around the Island every 5 minutes, so be on the lookout for them. They can spawn anywhere, ranging from the bottom of the island, to the top of the it.
Inside the Rift, you’ll have an incredibly short time to complete the parkour course, but do not panic. Once you’re at the end of it, you need to glide across the area, to the top of the rocks to find a Magic Shard. When you’ve obtained the Magic Shard, you can head back to Merlin, and offer it to him. Each Rift will have a different color, and here’s a table showcasing each one of them, along with the Magic Shards you obtain from them:
