Fish at the Passage of Oaths with the Great Dreamer Rod to obtain a Cathulith. After obtaining it, return to the NPC at the Cultist Lair Door 2 to get a Lucid Reel.
- 1x Cursed Touch Scrap Metal: Can be obtained from The Depths either by fishing or Crab Cages. To get the Cursed Touch mutation on the Scrap Metal, make sure you fish with the Great Dreamer Rod.
