Prime Wars in Once Human are limited-time events that feature instance world bosses that players in the same server can take down to receive excellent rewards. Up to 40 players can participate in this event, but there’s a minimum level requirement for each event. Completing the Prime Wars event the first time also rewards players with a Starchrom.

Whenever you see the notification pop up on your map, and if you’re at the right level, participating in the event is a good idea. It’s a good way to farm up some loot and strengthen your character. In this guide, we’ll discuss everything from how to prepare for Prime Wars to taking down the boss. Let’s get started.

What Are Prime Wars In Once Human

In Once Human, the map contains several Prime Wars locations with different difficulty levels, where players can travel and participate in the event. The goal is to take down the boss that spawns at the location before it reaches the Staroid Restrainer in the area. There’s also a timer ticking down, and you need to take down the boss before it reaches zero.

If the timer runs out or the boss manages to get to the Staroid Restrainer, the event concludes, and the players don’t get any rewards. For the boss to spawn, players need to insert Staroids into the silver pool located in the area. Once that’s done, the boss spawns, and players need to work together to defeat it.

To prepare for Prime Wars, you first need to ensure you’re equipped with the proper weapons and gear and your character level is high enough to take part in the raid. If you’ve got a high-damage weapon, you should be able to deal enough damage to the boss to claim a decent reward for the event.

One thing to note here is that once the boss spawns, he will run straight for the Staroid Restrainer. To slow him down, you should first create obstacles in the area before inserting Staroids into the pool.

You can also build defenses like turrets near higher grounds to help you deal more damage to the boss. Prime Wars bosses come equipped with shields that reduce your bullet’s damage to as high as 95% but take bonus damage from Gatling Turrets. Ensure that you invest some points in your Memetics tree to get the Close Defense Turrets 1 upgrade. This requires the following resources:

    • Iridium Crystal * 10
    • Aluminium Ingot * 30
    • Special Part * 30
    • Barreled Premium Fuel * 10

The ammo for the Gatling Turrets – called Biomass Missile also unlocks along with, and needs the following resources to craft :

    • Steel Ingot * 15
    • Stardust Source * 20
    • Barreled Premium Fuel * 1

Once Human Prime Wars Boss Guide

When the Prime Wars boss spawns in Once Human, the best strategy to defeat him is to take out his shield as quickly as possible. Since it absorbs normal weapons’ damage, having a Gattling Turret nearby is a good idea. When the shield is down, the boss will get stunned for a few seconds, giving you and the other players in your team enough time to eat away at a big chunk of his health pool.

Prime Wars bosses are different for different locations, but they have a couple of things in common. All of them come with a damage-absorbing shield. They also occasionally bring reinforcements that you need to take out quickly.

Some of these bosses also have special phases that trigger at different points. Look for prompts at the top of your screen to know what you need to do next.

As long as you bring good weapons and your character’s level is high, you shouldn’t have too much issue taking down any of the Prime Wars bosses in Once Human.

How To Get More Rating In Prime Wars Once Human

To get more ratings in the Prime Wars event, Human players should focus on dealing as much damage as possible to the silver shield and prioritize building fences and defenses around the boss spawn location.

After you take down the boss, you’ll see a rating screen showcasing your contribution to the event. Here are all the things that affect your rating in Prime Wars:

    • Damage done to the silver shield
    • Damage done to the boss’s health
    • Defeated 5/20/50 enemies
    • Building defensive turrets and weapons
    • Building fences and other defensive structures
    • Healing or Resurrecting allies
    • How quickly you take down the boss.
