One of the fun aspects of Dune Awakening is the Trial of AQL series of quests, that keep pace with your progress in the game. These quests can either have platforming puzzles, or lore and world-building, or sometimes, new abilities. If you, like us, have been on top of this quest chain, then you would not want to miss out on the Seventh Trial of AQL, as it has one of the cooler and better cutscenes. So let’s get started on this.
Seventh Trial Of AQL Location In Dune Awakening
The Seventh Trial of AQL takes us back to the eastern side of the Hagga Rift region in the Red Maw cave, bang in the middle of the canyon that runs across this area. The visual marker for the entrance is a red lit area as seen below
The route inside is a linear one, although watch out for a set of enemies waiting for you as you enter the cave. Take care of them and loot the chest straight ahead which contains:
- 179 Solari
- 3 EMF Generator
- 5 Micro-sandwich Fiber
- 3 Salvaged Metal
Take the left and continue on the path ahead, till you finally spot the altar. Inhale the spice, and you get transported to the hallucination that you are now familiar with. The trick that gets taught here is to quickly run to a camp and safety as you face strong winds.
In the next area, you will come across a block of great height, seemingly with nowhere to go. What you have to do, is climb up and approach the next shelter. Keep moving ahead, the next time you have to jump down to get to the next shelter. Continue like this till you approach a mural, where it is finally revealed by the voiceover that they were created to survive Krazilec- the end of the universe.
And with that, the cutscene and the quest is complete. For a change, what you unlock next is not a trial, but The Footsteps of Fremen, indicating that we are close to the end for this quest chain atleast.
