As you progress in Dune Awakening, one quest chain that continues along with the overall game progression is the Trial of AQL. If you have successfully completed the first five, and are looking to get the next one ticked off the list, we have put up for you exactly the location and steps to complete the sixth Trial of AQL in Dune Awakening.
Sixth Trial Of AQL Location In Dune Awakening
The Sixth Trial of AQL location is at the north-east end of the Jabal Eifrit Al-Sharq, in the Devil’s Eye Cavern. This is a pretty high level area, and you unlock it after progressing through the first three areas – the Hagga Basin South, the Vermillius Gap and Hagga Rift.
The Devil’s Eye Cavern is a moisture-sealed cave, so tear open the entrance (collecting Micro-Sandwich Fabric on the way), and keep an eye out for the specific symbol as shown above. You can explore the cave as well, there is decent loot to be found. When you are finally ready to find your way to the altar, this is how you do it:
- Take the first right past the symbol shown above
- Stick to the wall on the right, and keep following it
- You will come across another of these symbols on your left, indicating that you are on the right path
- You will now come across a lit corridor, and you can proceed straight ahead to the altar.
- If you have not yet explored the cave, then just after this symbol, if you look to your left, there will be a moisture-sealed entrance.
- This area has some good loot, so do make it a point to cover that part of the cave as well. Do watch out for poison mines, they can wipe off a decent chunk of your health.
Once you find the altar, your work is done, this one does not have any platforming puzzles like in the fifth trial of AQL or any new abilities like in the fourth trial of AQL. Listen to the shigawire recording as the Fremen scholar builds a potential link between the Fremen and the Zensunni Wanderers, and laments the destruction of the murals by the Sardaukar. After the recording is over, the mission is complete, and the Seventh Trial of AQL gets unlocked.
