Dispatch Episode 5 builds on all the choices and consequences of the previous Episodes. How the episode plays for you will have some minor and major differences based on previous decisions. The romantic interest between Blonde Blazer and Invisigal also influences dialogue choices. We have given below all possible ways to play Episode 5, and the consequences of each and every decision. Here is a complete walkthrough of Episode 5 of Dispatch.
Recap – Episode 4
After picking between Sonar and Coupe, Episode 4 sees an unusual bond forming between Invisigal and Robert. We see her warming up to Robert, and the rest of the Z-Team also opening up to Robert. After the shifts, we learn that Blonde Blazer has broken up with Phenomaman. Then we are forced to make another decision between hiring Phenomaman or Waterboy. After completing the dispatch missions, Episode 4 ends with either a date with Blonde Blazer or Invisigal.
Interaction with Flambae

The game begins with a flashback between Mechaman and Flambae. Here we see a bit of history behind the rivalry. Later in the scene, we learn it was Mecha Man who cut off Flambae’s fingers. This tiny fact will play a role in the last decision of this Episode. The entire scene features Robert working out in the gym while the flashback plays out in the background. The first decision comes when Flambae helps out with Robert’s dumbbell bench presses.
Choice #1:
- Thanks for babysitting me.
- I’m no Normie.
- Heroes get hurt.
You can pick any one of these choices, as they carry no set of consequences. But one thing that should be noted is Robert’s mentioning Flambae’s eyebrows or teeth. If you decided to throw alcohol in Episode 1, Robert will mention Flambae’s damaged eyebrow as a verbal jab. But if you used water, then he is going to talk about Flambae’s missing teeth.
Once the conversation ends between Robert and Flambae, the next scene will be in the locker room with Blonde Blazer. If you picked Invisigal over Blonde Blazer, then you will not see the choice.
Choice #2: (Blonde Blazer Exclusive)
Here, Blonde Blazer will ask you a question about which you would prefer.
- Blonde Blazer
- Either works
- Mandy
You can choose the option that fits your idea of Blonde Blazer. And she will remember this decision.
Dispatch Missions Episode 5 – First Phase

Then it’s time to take up the headphones for the Dispatch missions.
- Talent of Torrance:
- Send in someone with high Charisma, Prism will be a perfect choice. Another great choice would be Punch Up.
- Rescue Transit Workers:
- A perfect choice would be Golem, for teammate, you can choose anyone with Mobility, like Invisigal.
- Talent of Torrance Throwdown:
- Choose anyone with high Charisma, Prism, or Punch Up.
- Aliens Among Us:
- If you have Phenomaman, you should count him as the first priority for this task. This will get you an exclusive choice, Tell Them about Urgot-52dc. If you don’t have Phenomaman, then pick some with high Charisma and Intellect.
- Hero Training:
- Send in any available heroes at your disposal.
- Stalker Stalking Film Shoot:
- A perfect hero for this task will be someone with an Intellect of above 8. If you don’t have anyone with Intellect, then choose anyone with above 6 Charisma. You will also get the option to hack your way to complete the task. Hacking is perfect for guaranteed success compared to the other two if you don’t have the stat nailed down.
- Anti-Bullying Seminar:
- Prism or Punch Up, send any hero that has a good amount of Charisma.
- Your Big Break, Kid:
- Another task that requires a high Charisma hero. Prism, Punchup, or Phenomaman will be perfect for the role.
- Sewage:
- Here you will get two options: either you need to choose Sewage Spill or Sewage Clog.
- Pick Invisigal and Golem for Sewage Spill.
- Pick Punch Up with Golem for Sewage Clog.
- Here you will get two options: either you need to choose Sewage Spill or Sewage Clog.
Note: You should take some risk and choose Sewage Spill over Sewage Clog, as the entire Z-Team will get XP, but it will carry high injury risk. Sewage Clog completes the mission with low injury risk, but you will miss out on the Z-Team XP bonus.
- Performance Art:
- You will need someone with either a good amount of Intellect or Vigor. I had Waterboy for the Intellect and Golem for Vigor.
- Refinery Explosion:
- Send in either Punch Up or Golem with Invisigal.
Betting game with Malevola and Prism
After the Refinery Explosion, the shift will end. Now you will be back in the cafeteria, where you will learn that Malevola and Prism took a bet on learning Robert’s real identity. They will ask for a hint. Here are the choices you have:
Choice #3:
- I was blue.
- No hints.
- I’m double-jointed
The decision here will be remembered by Malevola and Prism. In the next scene, we have Robert fixing the Mecha Man suit. Here, Chase will ask him a question about killing Shroud:
Choice #4:
- Yes.
- I’m not sure…
- Heroes don’t kill people.
Pick the one that suits your character. Chase will remember the decision.
Dispatch Missions Episode 5 – Second Phase

Here is the list of missions for the second phase and hero selection for each one for proper completion.
- Lost Pet:
- Send in Coupe with Punch up for the task.
- West Torrance Power Outage:
- It’s a long hacking sequence, but we have a new node that carries electricity. You can drag the mouse to carry the electricity on a ball and place it on nodes with a light bulb logo to deliver the electricity. The rest of the puzzle stays the same as it was in the past.
- Power Outage Looting:
- Send in Coupe with Punch Up to take care of the looting crisis.
- Missing Teens:
- Multi-Car Pile-Up:
- A mix of Coupe and Punch up or Sonar with Malevola will be perfect for this task.
- The Wheelies:(XP Boost Missions: Charisma)
- Send in Prism with Flambae.
Note: These are special types of tasks that will have a star icon on the stat board. Pick a hero that covers that specific stat, in this case, Charisma. You will get more XP if the ball at the end of the mission lands in the coverage area.
- Central Torrance Power Outage:
- It’s another hacking sequence that uses the same mechanics as the last one. The only thing you will need to remember about this hacking scene is the password: Up- Left- Right.
- Evacuation Assistance: (XP Boost Missions: Intellect)
- Send in anyone with good Intellect and pair them with Coupe or Malevola. Other stat details that you should focus on are Charisma and Mobility.
- Thwart Graffiti Vandals:
- Send in Golem with Invisigal for the task.
- Stabilize Experiment:
- A perfect choice here is Invisigal and Golem. The Combat limit should stay under 4; it should not go above that number.
- VANDLABS Robbery:
- A perfect choice would be any hero with flying ability. If you don’t have any heroes with the ability, then you need to focus on the heroes with Combat, Vigor, and Intellect. The options here are:
- Fly it away – Requires any hero with flying ability.
- Fight the Red Ring– Combat-oriented hero.
- Consume the Serum – Perfect for a hero with Vigor stat.
- Decompose the Serum – Any hero with Intellect stat.
- A perfect choice would be any hero with flying ability. If you don’t have any heroes with the ability, then you need to focus on the heroes with Combat, Vigor, and Intellect. The options here are:
- Hero Training:
- Pick any available hero for the task.
- East Torrance Power Outage:
- Another hacking sequence, but this one introduces new hacking game mechanics. Instead of running away from the red balls or antivirus, you can fight back by consuming electricity. Go over to any node carrying electricity, absorb by dragging the mouse. And then watch the electricity burst out of the node and shoot out the anti-virus.
- Plane Landing:
- Senior Home Check-Up:
- Flambae or Waterboy with Prism. Again, select someone with high Intellect and Charisma. I had Waterboy for the high Intellect and Prism for Charisma.
- Repairs Required:
- Send in Golem with Invisigal, make sure the combat limit stays under the specific number.
- Super Tantrum: (XP Boost Missions: Vigor)
- Golem with Prism or Punch Up. Send in a hero with a good Vigor stat to grab the bonus perk.
- Shipment Robbery: (XP Boost Missions: Mobility)
- Invisigal with Phenomaman or Punch Up. I chose Invisigal because of her high Mobility stat.
Spending time with Heroes at a Bar

Once the shift is over, you will see everyone heading up to a shady bar in the town. The bouncer will not let Robert in. Invisigal will help sort it out. Once we are inside the bar, Robert starts talking to Invisigal. If you went to the movies with Invisgal at the end of Episode 4, you will get the choice:
Choice #5: (Invisigal Exclusive)
- We can just be friends.
- I had a good time.
- That wasn’t a date.
Pick the decision that suits your character. Invisigal will remember the decision. If you picked Blonde Blazer at the end of episode 4, you will miss out on the decision. Now Prism and Malevola question Robert’s authenticity by calling him a narc.
Choice #6:
- I am a narc
- Been doing this long?
- You’re buying next.
Choose the dialogue, as it carries no consequences in the future. Now we have another decision, but it takes place in the flashback sequence between Flambae Vs. Mecha Man. You will see Flambae slowly walking up to Mecha Man. You will get three choices:
Choice #7:
- Is that all you got?
- Stand down, immediately.
- I’m not done with you yet.
None of the dialogue here carries any consequences. Pick that one that is suited to your character and watch the scene play out. After the flashback scene, Robert will be jumped by some goons, and they will ask him to leave the bar.
Choice #8:
- Relax. I’m leaving
- Let me buy you a drink
- Since you twisted my arm…
A huge bar brawl will break out if you pick. Since you twisted my arm… If you choose the first two options, then you will not initiate the fight. Robert will initiate the fight if you pick the third option.
Revealing the Identity

Choice #9:
- I’m Robert
- I’m Mecha Man
After the brawl is over, you see all of the Z-Team gather outside of a fast-food joint. Everybody is in a playful mood after destroying everything in the brawl. Now, here you have to make a choice between revealing your true identity to the Z-Team or concealing it. The decision will have a good number of consequences in the future episodes.
I’m the guy behind the desk. Achievement: For concealing your identity.
That’s, like, a real superhero. Achievement: You told the Z-Team about your identity as Mecha Man.
As you can already predict the seriousness of the decision. Do check out our guide on both decisions and how they will play out in the later Dispatch episodes.
