Best Passing Styles in FC 26

Lofted Through Pass
Action: Double-tapping Triangle (PlayStation) and Y (Xbox)
While the first button of the double-tap determines the power, the second one is for quick pass. When you are passing the ball to another player, but there is a defender on your way to intercept, performing a Lofted Through Pass will help you to easily pass the ball to another player. When you are performing Lofted Through Pass, the ball will get lifted in the air as opposed to the normal passing move. This makes it harder for the defender to intercept the ball.
If the player you are going to pass the ball to is surrounded by two defenders, then you can opt for a Lofted Through Pass to pass the ball. Here, your player character will pass the ball into the empty space between two defenders close to your teammate. Mix that with the ball being lifted in the air from this pass move, and you can easily tell how powerful the Lofted Through Pass will be in the game.
Pinged Pass or Driven Pass

Action: R1 + X on PlayStation and RB +A on Xbox
The best thing about Driven Pass is its quickness; you will pass the ball far more quickly than a common pass. If you don’t want your defender to predict your move, this pass is perfect. It is difficult for the opponent to intercept the ball when you perform a Pinged or Driven pass. A normal pass might not be better, as it could easily be tackled because of the slow movement.
Lob Through Pass
Action: L1 + Triangle on PlayStation and LB + Y on Xobox
Use the Lob Through Pass the ball to the teammate who is setting to break the opponent’s defense line. Here, you can press the buttons to execute a Lob Through Pass. If players A, B, and C are on the ground, and C is planning to break the defense line, quickly pass the ball from A to B, then you can use the Lob Through Pass to pass the ball from B to C.
The move will push the ball up in the air to the other player on his spot. In order to throw a consistent Lob Through Pass, you must press the Triangle on PlayStation or the Y on Xbox button twice after L1 and LB.
Driven Ground Cross
Action: Holding R1 & L1 + Double-Tapping Square (PlayStation) and RB & LB + Double-Tapping X(Xbox).
Basically, what we are doing here is curving the ball around the defender to the other player on our team. Normal through passes are good, but the Driven Ground Pass curve aspect of it is what makes this passing style more preferable. Any defender plannign ot intercept your passing will have a difficult time doing it, since all will curve and go directly to the feet of the other player.
