Call of Duty: Black Ops 7’s release date is right around the corner, but you could try your luck trying to get the Open Beta access code to play the game early. There is an upcoming Twitch event that will hand out the access codes, plus you also get to snag some of the BO7 Twitch drops in the process. How to Get BO7 Early Access Code
By watching the COD Next stream on September 30, you will be given the early access code for BO7. First, you need to link your Twitch account with your Activision account, the same one that you will use to play BO7. If you don’t know how to do that, follow the steps below.
- Log in to the Activision account used for BO7.
- Within your profile, find the Link Account button for Twitch.
- This will take you to the Twitch site, log in with your current Twitch account to link both profiles.
After that, follow the steps below to get the code and the related Twitch drops.
- At 9:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM BST/ 11:00 AM CT on Sep 30, click on the COD Twitch link above and watch the stream for 1 hour.
- You could also browse through any related streamer who will participate in the event for the access code.
- While watching other streamers, make sure they have the Twitch Drops enabled. You will see a banner or a notification if you join their stream.
- After watching the stream for the required amount of time, you will receive a notification with the early access code.
- It might take a few minutes for the reward notification to pop-up after completing the requirement, so wait it out in case you don’t get the message.
- By heading into your Twitch profile, you could go over to the Drops and Rewards section to check your progress percentage while watching a stream.
Using the Early Access Code will unlock the game on October 2nd instead of October 5th. Alongside this, you will claim the COD Next Calling Card and Emblem, and the BO7 Weapon Charm Twitch Drops from the official COD Twitch stream.
