Black Myth Wukong will have you desperately looking for upgrade materials and any such item that can help you against the tough bosses that the game keeps throwing at you at regular intervals. Thankfully, the game does offer such key items that can help your build immensely with substantial benefits. One such rare item is the Celestial Ribbon. There are not many of those to be found in the game – only 12, in fact, so it is important that you collect each and every one of those. And that is why we have put up this guide for all the 12 Celestial Ribbons in Black Myth Wukong. Let’s get started!
Celestial Ribbon # 1
You can find your first Celestial Ribbon only after defeating the Hundred-Eyed Daoist Master at the conclusion of Chapter 4. He is a required Yaoguai King boss fight and the final boss of the larger Webbed Hollow region.
Celestial Ribbon # 2
The second ribbon can be found after defeating Keeper of the Flaming Mountains in Chapter 5. He too is a Yaoguai King boss and can be defeated in The Emerald Hall shrine in the Furnace Valley area.
Celestial Ribbon #3
Start at the Furnace Valley – Valley Entrance Shrine and continue forward on the main path till you come across a chest near the edge of the cliff for Celestial Ribbon # 3.
Celestial Ribbon # 4
The next Celestial Ribbon in Black Myth Wukong is in a chest in Bishui Cave. Start from the Cave Depths Shrine, go forward and look to your left to find this chest.
Celestial Ribbon # 5
Continue ahead from where you found the previous Celestial Ribbon, and stick to the path – while it is a long one, it is linear, and you will eventually come to the next chest containing Celestial Ribbon # 5. That makes it 4 ribbons collected in Chapter 5, and we are not done yet!
Celestial Ribbon # 6
Defeat the Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast in Chapter 5’s Secret Area to receive the next ribbon.
Celestial Ribbon # 7
You have the option to purchase a Celestial Ribbon from the Purge Pit Shrine’s Store in the Secret Area of Chapter 5 for 9000 Will.
Celestial Ribbon # 8
This final ribbon from Chapter 5 can be received after defeating the Yaksha King. He is the final boss of the chapter and has to be defeated in order for you to go on to Chapter 6. He can be found near the Fallen Furnace Crater shrine in the Field of Fire area. By the end of Chapter 5, you can collect up to eight Celestial Ribbons.
Celestial Ribbon # 9
The Supreme Inspector can be found in the Foothills in Chapter 6. You will have to find and rip off four Purple Talismans in Chapter 4 to summon the Supreme Celestial Inspector and Crane Immortal. Once you defeat him, you can collect another Celestial Ribbon.
Celestial Ribbons # 10 & 11
Once the Secret Boss (Erlang Shen) at the end of Chapter 6’s Secret Area is defeated, you will be rewarded with two ribbons. You will only be able to defeat this boss after killing all the other bosses in all the other Secret Areas. The enemy can only be reached after doing Erlang, the Sacred Divinity questline and can be found at the top of Mount Mei.
Celestial Ribbon # 12
You can head over to the Shrine Store in Chapter 6 and purchase a Celestial Ribbon. This brings your total count to 12.
