Jormuntide Ignis is a fire-dragon-type Pal in Palworld and the counterpart to the water Pal, Jormuntide. It’s a rare spawn and not easily obtained, but knowing where to look and what to do can speed up the process and land you this powerful and elusive Pal.

Where to find Jormuntide Ignis in Palworld
The location with the best chance to catch Jormuntide Ignis is the No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary. This is the isolated island found on the far western edge of the world map, located directly north of Mount Obsidian and southwest of the Forgotten Island.
Wild Jormuntide Ignis is also a rare spawn on Feybreak, but this isn’t something players should try to actively farm due to the sheer unlikelihood of it happening. The No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary is a much more viable location with a much higher chance of success.
The huge Dragon Eggs found around Mount Obsidian also have a high chance of yielding Jormuntide Ignis, which is another worthwhile strategy to employ if you’re currently hunting other Pals but want to try to spawn one through alternative means.
Breeding a Jormuntide Ignis
Breeding a Jormuntide Ignis in Palworld is another option, but to do so will require the water variant Jormuntide to breed with a Blazehowl.
While Jormuntide and Blazehowl are easier to obtain than Jormuntide Ignis, these too are relatively rare Pals. But if you want to take this route, simply put both Jormuntide and Blazehowl in your Breeding Farm with a Cake. Once the egg eventually hatches, you should have a shiny new Jormuntide Ignis
You can also breed a Jormuntide Ignis from two other Jormuntide Ignis Pals. But of course, this requires players to already have two Pals of this type, so if you’re trying to hunt down your very first Jormuntide Ignis, this isn’t very helpful. However, should you need a third, it’s a reliable, tried-and-tested method.
