Fortnite’s Shock ‘N Awesome update is overtaken by new enemies, and it is up to you to head out with your squad and take them out one by one. For that, you need to collect the best weapons the current season has to offer. Since there are some brand new weapons added to the game, you might have a tough time trying to pick the best ones. Keep reading below to know which Chapter 6 Season 4 is the best for you in Fortnite.
Best Fortnite Weapons to Use in Chapter 6 Season 4
You might have obtained some of the newer weapons in Chapter 6, Season 4, by defeating the new bosses or from the new OXR Bunkers. While your list of weapons keeps growing, trying to find the right weapons for your build might be a bit difficult to comprehend. Since there are several new weapons to collect, each of them offers unique stats and boosts to suit your liking.
Once you have your preferred weapon, you get to test it out before taking it out on the field. But, if you are short of time and just want the best weapon to use before you get into a match, then take a look at the list below to see which weapons suit your needs.
6. Mythic O.X.R. Rifle

For long-range battles, the Mythic OXR Rifle does a pretty decent job. Plus, you get to obtain it quite early in a match, since you need to defeat the Demon’s Debris Queen to get this weapon. However, it doesn’t offer a lot of damage, with just 38 damage output for this gun. The only thing worth noting about this weapon is the low recoil, but it is best overlooked for something far better along the way.
5. Mythic Leadspitter 3000
While looking at the Mythic Leadspitter from afar, it might seem like a sturdy weapon that offers maximum firepower. But instead, it is quite the opposite. With just 6 Damage and 320 Magazine Size, you won’t be left with much while you are out there. Plus, the accuracy and fire power is not worth the hassle of using this gun during the later stages of the match, but it is useful for destroying buildings and fighting bugs during early gameplay.
4. Mythic Sweeper Shotgun
The unique feature of the Sweeper is the AoE of the bullets firing out of it, helping you take down multiple targets with one trigger pull. The only drawback to this semi-auto shotgun is that it is pretty useless when you come face-to-face with singular targets. Still, this might be overlooked since it offers 101 Damage with 1.52 Fire Rate, making it a better competitor for shotguns.
3. Marksman Wrecker Revolver

There is a perk associated with the Mythic Wrecker Revolver, where you get an increased Headshot multiplier. This is handy if you prefer headshots rather frequently, plus you get increased hipfire and damage per hit. If you prefer mid to close-range battles while aiming for the head, then this weapon is the one for you. While it only offers 61 Damage, the damage multiplier and 2.07 fire rate make up for it.
2. Eradicator O.X.R. Rifle
While most of the stats on the Eradicator seem slightly increased compared to its previous variant, you will find some newer features added to this gun provide a better edge. You get to utilize a passive perk, where each successful hit increases the damage multiplier. Also, it provides better accuracy and a damage output of 61, which is pretty decent as a base stat. With the damage multiplier, you are sure to rake up higher damage with this weapon.
1. Double Trouble
Double Trouble lets you draw a duo of shotguns, which is conveniently swapped at a moment’s notice. For a short distance, a high damage weapon, you can’t go wrong with this dual-pump shotgun. With 121 Damage, this weapon packs a punch when utilized up close and personal. Double this up, and you will be an unstoppable force on the field.
