Where To Find Bronze in Hades 2

Hades 2 offers more than just exploration and battling various Gods. You need to locate materials and items to help unlock and upgrade various gear. Bronze is one of the more important materials to find, and there are very limited locations where one might find some bronze. This guide will detail where to find and farm bronze in Hades 2.

Bronze is widely located around the City of Ephyra. Unlike most materials, Bronze isn’t found in the Underworld. Rather, you need to unlock the Surface and find bronze within the first region, the City of Ephyra. It doesn’t matter where you go in Ephyra, you will always find bronze in the various rooms and even within and beyond the boss arena. Bronze nodes, at first glance, don’t resemble a node at all.

While exploring, keep an eye out for items that resemble bronze colored armor or scraps on the floor. Get close to it to start mining using either the Crescent Pick or Raki. Each node offers 3 bronze. If you don’t find any nodes, use the Reagent Sensing Incantation to identify nearby bronze nodes. Do this while exploring each room so you don’t accidentally miss out on them.

    How to Use Bronze

Bronze’s main function is to help you survive on the Surface for longer, plus it also unlocks the Argent Skull and Fishing Rod. Bronze is used in unlocking and upgrading the Aspects for the Moonstone Axe, Argent Skull, and Umbral Flames. Also, while upgrading Arcana Cards, like VII – The Titan, at the Altar of Ashes, you will require bronze. Certain incantations require Bronze too, and you can upgrade incantations at Hecate’s Cauldron.

Below is a list of how much bronze to accumulate to unlock every craftable item that requires bronze.

    Bronze Requirement
Unlocking Argent Skull’s Aspect of Melinoë1 Bronze
Upgrading Moonstone Axe’s Aspect of Melinoë18 Bronze
Unlocking Umbral Flames’s Aspect of Moros2 Bronze
Obtaining Rank 3 of VII – The Titan6 Bronze
Activating Greater Favor of Gaia incantation4 Bronze
Activating Aspects of Night and Darkness  incantation5 Bronze

Bronze isn’t the only material to find in Hades 2, and if you are having a hard time finding Iron, then check out our dedicated guide on that too.
