The code to unlock the Vitalis Home vault door in Hell is Us is 3-2-1-7-1-3. Before you get to this point within the house, you need to unlock it first. Unfortunately, the owner, Victor Gaz, has been captured by the ON convoy. To save him and get the key to the house, once you reach Jova Village, keep heading northeast and cross the swamp. You will encounter a tunnel lit up by red lights. The place is swarming with Hollow enemies, so stay alert.
As you keep going deeper into the tunnel, you will find a small door on the right that leads to the maintenance room. Within this room is Victor. Speak to him and collect the keys. Head back to Jova and enter the house right opposite the forge. Now, you need to gather clues to get the code to the vault.
- Check the photographs in the living room, bedroom, and inside the chest down in the cellar. The chest is unlocked using Remi’s Heirloom Necklace.
- While investigating the photos, note down the numbers that appear on them. Only one of the photographs won’t have a number, but rather will have a clue.
- Locate a green toy car, which is found in the cellar where you had collected one of the photographs. Check out the number on the car and note it down.
