Throne & Liberty offers a brand new lawless zone called Nebula Island, where you find new enemies and new locations to explore. There are some new quests you can pick up as well, and you can get the Secret of Nebula Island quest while you are here. For the quest, you need to locate and activate all the Surveillance Devices located around Arkeum Post, and this guide will help you do that in Throne and Liberty.
How To Start The Secret Of Nebula Island Quest In Throne & Liberty
Once you are at Nebula Island, find and talk to an NPC called Casena. You can find her in a stall within the Resistance Surveillance Camp. Speaking to her will automatically start the Secret of Nebula Island quest, where you need to locate and activate four Surveillance Devices. Below are the quest objectives that you need to complete.
- Activate the Surveillance Device in the gate watchtower southeast of the Arkeum Post
- Activate the Surveillance Device at the dock east of the Arkeum Post
- Activate the Surveillance Device at the spire south of the Arkeum Post Training Grounds
- Activate the Surveillance Device by the catapult west of the Arkeum Post
Gate Watchtower Surveillance Device Location
Arkeum Post is found to the north of Nebula Island. To find the Gate Watchtower Surveillance Device, make your way southeast towards the shoreline. You can easily get here by gliding your way from the top of the Resistance Camp towards the northeast, right where you can spot the jagged rocks sticking out from the water. There is a tower with the surveillance device right on top that you can activate and complete the objective.
Docks Surveillance Device Location
Your next stop is right up at the northern section of Arkeum Post. There is a smaller peninsula where the docks are situated, the surveillance device can be found near the large boulder, hidden between that and the wooden platform.
Training Grounds Surveillance Device Location
The next location is at the Training Grounds, and you would have been here before during the initial exploration. If not, just head north from the Resistance Surveillance Camp towards the Arkeum Post Gate. The Surveillance Device can be found on top of the northern tower.
Catapult Surveillance Device Location
For the final device location, just head northwest from the training grounds to find several catapult craters in the ground. One of the craters has the catapult, but the surveillance device can’t be found here. Rather, head towards the tower nearby and you will find a grapple point on the tower’s ledge. Hoist yourself up, then go around the tower to find a secluded area with the device.
