Marvel Rivals has all your favorite Marvel superheroes brawling it out on various arenas. You can pick your character based on what playstyle you are looking for. Once you are part of a team, you can work on your strengths and single out your rivals effectively. One of the harder heroes to beat is Hela, who utilizes ranged attacks and shapeshifting to get out of tight situations. It can be a bit tricky to defeat her, but with the right heroes, you can bring her down in no time. In this guide we will show you the best counters for Hela in Marvel Rivals.

Top 5 Counters For Hela in Marvel Rivals

Hela can be a tricky opponent to pin down, but some of the heroes have added advantages when faced with Hela’s attacks. Below are some of the best Marvel heroes to take out Hela.

    Captain America

The strongest Vanguard and on top of our list is the Captain, solely because of his large HP. This can be quite advantageous when faced against Hela’s ranged attacks that can also cause mini explosions. Also, Captain America can be a tanky defense hero for others, as his shield attacks can also deflect and create pathways towards the targeted hero. You can also utilize the Captain’s AOE attacks to push Hela to her demise.

    Luna Snow

If you want a good Strategist that can heal your party members, then adding Luna Snow to your team is the way to go. Not only can she heal teammates, but also revive them from death. She can also place a Damage Buff on her allies to increase their damage output, lending her strength to various heroes. While her ice attacks can cause significant damage to Hela, she is better off as a support teammate and revive allies when required.

    Star-Lord

Star Lord might seem like an unconventional hero, but his abilities do help a team while facing Hela. As a Duelist, his dual Element Guns are great for keeping Hela on her toes. Star Lord’s high damage output is what counts, and he is one of the best characters to keep in the frontlines. He’s also one of the most agile heroes on the list, so you can utilize his speed to get close to Hela and deal damage.

    Doctor Strange

Another Vanguard to join the list, Doctor Strange is great as a defense and offensive hero. His shield can protect him and any ally who goes behind it, while he is able to fire projectiles of Dark Matter. He can also open up portals for easy teleportation, which makes it easier to get to Hela. But his Eye of Agamoto ultimate ability is what needs to be feared, as it can completely weaken Hela if she gets caught in it.

    The Punisher

The Punisher as a Duelist is the most versatile DPS hero to own. His skillset is pure damage based, so you can go all out when faced against Hela. No matter what range she is in, this isn’t something that The Punisher can’t handle. With his continuous firing, he can push forward and create a path towards Hela to easily get to her. Or you can hold a spot for defense and lure her towards your preferred area to get the final kill.
