The Chornobyl Exclusion Zone is not for the faint of heart, and you will have a hard time trying to reach all the regions to collect everything that the game has to offer. While you do have your suits for protection, they can only do so much during the early stages of the game. Later on, you can upgrade them to up their stats and get better benefits while you wear them.
Locating blueprints is one way of upgrading your gear in Stalker 2, and you need to search long and hard to find all of them. One of the suits that you obtain and can upgrade is the PSZ-9I Falcon, and this guide details how to get the blueprints for this suit in Stalker 2.
All Blueprints For The PSZ-9I Falcon In Stalker 2
The PSZ-9I Falcon suit in Stalker 2 has two blueprints to collect – one in Red Forest and the other in the Malachite region. These upgrades provide Radiation Protection and increased Chemical Protection. Let’s have a look at the exact locations for these in detail below one by one.
Blueprint 1: Lead Container
Effect: Radiation Protection
Head over to the Quarry in Red Forest to find the PSZ-9I Falcon Lead Container blueprint. You have to first make your way all the way up the excavator. There are several ladders and stairs that will take you to the top. Once you reach the very top of the excavator, make your way across the steel bridge and hop onto the broken shaft on your left. Climb further up and cross the steel bridge again till you reach a large gap.
You can float your way across using the cloud-like anomalies here, provided you walk slowly or crouch walk across. Once you reach the other side, kill the pack of wild dogs first before looting the crate at the very end of the passage, and collect your PSZ-9l Falcon blueprint #1.
Blueprint 2: Plexiglas Suit With Lead Mesh And Silicone Sealing
Effect:
- Plexiglas Suit with Lead Mesh – Electrical Protection +20%, Chemical Protection +20%
- Silicone Sealing – Chemical Protection +15%
For this one, you have to head over to Malachite, the same place where the X-17 Lab is and where you picked up the PSZ-9I suit. But we won’t be going to the lab, rather head south from the Malachite Railway Tunnel. Enter the tunnel and keep going till you spot an open doorway on the side of the tunnel. Once inside, don’t go down the stairs.
Instead, hop onto the pipeline in the middle, make your way across, and turn right after you reach the landing. Jump across the gap and investigate the loot stash to get the blueprint. With this blueprint in hand, you can unlock either the Silicone Sealing upgrade or the Plexiglas Suit with Lead Mesh for the PSZ-9I Falcon when you visit the technician.
PSZ-9I Falcon Technician Location
You can either visit Harpy in Yaniv Station or Bolero in Pripyat to get your PSZ-9I Falcon suit upgraded. Finding Harpy would be a bit easier if you head straight north from the Rostok base. Bolero, on the other hand, is only accessible right after unlocking Pripyat and finding a way to the Enerhetyk Palace of Culture base.
