The spawn rate and locations are not very common, so if you are looking to have this interaction, be ready for a fair bit of exploration. How To Find Dr. Brawn In Palworld
We have one route where there is a maximum probability of coming across Dr. Brawn, and this is in the Fort Ruins area. Do the following:
- Fast travel to Fort Ruins. Follow the circles marked on the map above to spot Dr. Brawn. Since it is completely based on the RNG system, keep trying till he spawns at one of these locations.

How To Catch Dr. Brawn In Palworld
As soon as you hit Dr. Brawn, there is a very high chance that he will run away. So, equip your best high-damage weapon that can knock him out quickly. If you do fail to capture Dr. Brawn, then you will have to come back to the area 2 or 3 days later to catch sight of him.
Who Is Dr. Brawn In Palworld
Dr. Brawn is an NPC who performs surgery on the pals and fiddles with their passives. The surgery performed by Dr. Brawn is a gamble. You have a good chance of gaining some good passives for your pals, or if you are unlucky, get saddled with negative passives. You can also get a rainbow passive with Dr. Brawn. This is an entirely random occurrence and there is not much that you can do to influence the outcome.
He performs surgery only once during the day. Having multiple copies of Dr. Brawn does not impact this. Go to your World Settings to play around with the speed of the day/night cycle in the game, so that you can get moving on this quickly and not wait too long.
